All in All a great experience. Cost of luggage sucks … first time I ever had to pay for luggage. Otherwise the check in counter was awesome, the gate clerks were great and the Stewards & Esses were the best.

Great staffing. Terrible food. Please do cold sandwiches or salads. the "hot pickets" are terrible.

Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end

No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.

Liked the staff ! Seats a little uncomfortable for a 9 hour flight. Wife ‘s monitor at her seat didn’t work. Food was disappointing. Snacks were good . Choices of movies and music could have been better.

Overall a great experience. The starlink internet was amazing addition.

They cancelled our flight and one after and then crammed everyone on a late flight. Refused to give us a meal voucher because the delay was less than 3 hours. In the end the delay was 4 hours. No reason was ever given for the cancelled flights. Fly Southwest!

There was mention of a complimentary magazine but none were in the seat pockets. The flight is short so understandable not having food or a snack.

Mediocre experience. Staff not ever friendly or welcoming. Food was terrible.

unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.
