Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles
Flight got delayed and they didn’t keep us informed all the time.
I couldn’t understand the aircraft tannoy announcements I was in seat 20C - nobody in our row could either. Speakers a bit too quiet plus messages read out too fast. Otherwise excellent flight. (Flight delayed by 50 mins)
I bought my flight, insurance etc early and paid over £200. But had i waited until closer the time the price was much cheaper, i appreciate that it could've been more expensive but it wasn't. A better discount for booking early would be better than your current one
Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.

When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!
The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

Booked through you used Kiwi who did not complete checking in until 24 hrs before departure when the check in was available 48 hrs before hence we sat separately. I will not be using you again.
It was a third party reservation and from kayak through kiwi for wizard flight.. so communication impossible, i forced to spend agonizing hours trying not to lose my self transfer flight. Thankfully wizz employees gave some help but it was so frustrating 😑

Typical wizzair flight, nothing special , but as there were flight in the evening we got sandwiches with 50% discount. Terminal wizzair is using is awful. Separate from normal airport, no duty free and only one cafe. Also was late for more than 2 hours but we didn’t got any food or water vouchers.
Timely departures and arrivals. The seat was slightly forward leaning which made it uncomfortable
I planned to be working during the flight but next to and in front of me there was a family (basically all around me) who had screaming kids all the way long and they were rude and the kid was kicking me as well and constantly wanted to grab my phone etc. I was so pissed, I didn't think they will travel priority so I didn't think they'll sit next to me but they did. I asked the crew if there is a chance for me to go to another seat far away from there...And they were so kind, immediately after take off they showed a seat for me that is far away from these people. I'm so grateful for this!!! I hate that I cannot figure out these things in advance. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY MORE IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO FAMILIES W KIDS AROUND ME!!!!
Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.
Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.
Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one
Very aggressive clerk at the boarding gate. Forcing people to pay for baggage’s that actually fit into their small cage
