Finally switched and bags took another 20 minutes. Baggage claim always takes over 30 minutes at this airport. Subway is rickety and outdated."

Cons: "Flight was so delayed we would have missed our connection and been stranded in DC overnight, so we had to push all our reservations back and missed a full day of our vacation."
Pros: "Although there were a lot of passengers on this flight, the crew was able to get everyone on the plane in an efficient manner."
Cons: "We were delayed about 2 and a half hours because of the weather in Denver. I was not comfortable at all in my seat because the passenger beside me had his knee and elbow all in my personal space. I asked an attendant if it was okay for me to move and she stated that it was okay, but United switched a lot of passengers flights around so there wouldn't be any empty seats. I was stuck beside the man, all hanging out of my seat, because there wasn't an open seat available. Thank goodness the flight was only 2 hours long. Overall my experience with United was terrible and I will not be flying with them anymore."

After boarding the second 2 hour delayed plane my family and I were asked to step off the plane and go to the front desk because they made the mistake to give several people the same seats. It was horrible, and embarrassing. My family, friends and I will definitely won’t be flying eith United."

Gave everyone the wrong gate twice, it was ridiculous. Someone at United should hire a six sigma trainer to teach employees about efficiency."

Cons: "We were kept in the airport for hours on end without being informed our flight was cancelled. Something was wrong with the plane and then by the time it was fixed the crew had times out. We were given no information, the delays just kept increasing and increasing. We had to fly out the following morning which made things very inconvenient for getting rides from the airport and getting to work on time."
Cons: "The female flight attendant was RUDE!!!! On a flight of over 4 hours they should have a plane with a monitor at each seat. Had to watch movie from my smart phone. :-("

There were 10 terminals for service reps and only five reps. Line was very long and reps were in no hurry to assist. Not a pleasant experience. They should pay us a cancellation fee like they charge us when we cancel. Incurred additional expense getting to Manchester, NH. Not happy with United."

Cons: "-Was a United flight despite being billed as Lufthansa, I always try and avoid United as I have had bad experiences in the past. -Was unable to choose seats online. -Upon check in was told that only middle seats were available for my partner and I away from each other even though we showed up 6 hours early in order to get good seats as we couldn't check in online. -We then paid extra to get seats next to each other (250 bucks) and the entertainment systems in those seats were broken. -When we told the flight attendant staff they said there was nothing they could do and were rude. -When trying to explain the situation to United Customer service they were also rude."
