My entire row did not have power for the full duration of a 14.5 hour flight. Could not charge any devices such as laptop or phones for the entirety of the long flight. The flight attendants tried to remedy the issue by resetting the power, but were not successful. The only other solution provided was to move me to another seat on the plane which was in the middle row. I had paid for a “preferred” seat that was a window seat. This was a downgrade being offered due to the power issue.
I prebooked a comfort plus seat on this flight and therefore the flight was comfy. I got the correct seat in the correct section of the plane that I have booked, that's this. Flight was comfortable. Staff were average on the flight, appearing to be rushed and short in engagement with travellers, perhaps this to maximise there rest time on the flight.
The staff was the best I have experienced as a frequent traveller in a long time.
I recently travelled with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dulles in the QSuite, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The QSuite truly feels like a First-Class experience, with its luxurious design, privacy, and comfort. The cabin crew, especially the lady in charge of the cabin, was remarkable—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent, and the comfort of the seat was absolutely first-class, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. Our male flight attendant was top notch - wish I could remember his name. Boarding is never fun when I have to ride the shuttle to the middle of the tarmac and pull my carry on bags up the stairs to my seat. My knees are banged up and my shoulders give me pain, so the flight started off poorly. The seat leg rests don’t recline completely so that makes is difficult if not dangerous to get in and out of the middle seats. The entertainment system touch screens prevented one from seeing the options. They are old and the software needs to be updated. I was on six planes in the last two weeks and able to see the flight progress without any stress. Couldn’t watch anything else. I do like Qatar Airways, just not a fan of a few things.
Overall good. Food choice in business class is a concern as same dishes on every flight for months. Crew is great and seats on this sector were fine . They need to have more variety in dining

The check-in has been the very best so far I didn't get to use my priority access which made me feel like a paid a higher price with no benefit for that I loved the food Very tasty and hot The staff friendliness, empathy could be better as it was not linear amongst the whole crew Otherwise, no complaints. Surprised at the lower quality of seats on the Boeing 777 in Business Class. Seats are tight and the whole Business class section is jam packed with seats. It doesn’t feel like Business Class at all. Also the way the tray tables are placed with a huge bulky solid metal hinge at knee level makes it so uncomfortable and always anxious that one will accidentally bang their knee on it. Quality of amenities has also declined. Over priced tickets with diminished quality of the entire experience.
I had a terrible experience checking in at the airport for my flight. I booked my ticket initially through Kayak while it was promoted as a ticket that offers a carry on and 2 suit cases. (I have a screen shot as a proof of it) I selected it to buy three tickets and paid online. Couple of minutes later airfare assist which is the OTA offering the ticket called me saying My card declined. So I used a different card that went through. I was surprised that they increased the price ticket by a $167. They said the ticket no longer exists and because my card declined I had to buy a new one. So I did. The day my family and I were traveling I could not check in and when I went to the airport I was shocked to be told my ticket had no bags allowed and must pay $200 per bag for three people 6 bags mean I have to pay $1200. I called the travel agency as I feel I was scammed the confirmation didn’t say anything about the bags and they never told me the new ticket doesn’t not include any bag so they changed it after I selected it on your app without informing me. Very sneaky. The travel agency said they will reimburse me only for one bag person. Which means I still paid $600 I still feel very disappointed to pay such an expense. I have always used Kayak to buy my flight tickets and telling everyone how good your rates and app are however after this I feel I was mislead and paid more for something I should not have to. You allowing such an agency on your platform will surely hurt your reputation and level of integrity. I have all the proofs from the screen shot to the confirmation email from them, the or email offering to reimburse o e bag per person and the $1200 bag fees receipts that I paid on the desk. I must be refund the full amount and I look forward to your response.

Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side

Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.

It was appalling! Using small aircraft for 5 hour flights is ridiculous! No legroom, terrible food, no drinks apart from water, tea and coffee (once only) makes it a terrible experience. The cabin staff really badly handled the behaviour of an extremely obnoxious woman who insisted on fully reclining her seat for the duration of the flight with a very tall man behind her. She abused his and the staff and they were not able to deal with her at all other than to tell the man that they are reclining seats and they could not prevent her from doing so. They were also very slow to react when a large nu of passengers stood up and started taking their luggage out of the overhead bins whilst the aircraft was still taxiing at Heathrow. I will never fly Egypt Air again! I know this isn’t the airline’s fault but the security at Cairo airport was a joke. With the terrible security record on flights out of Egypt, they really need to take it seriously. Scanners weren’t working, liquids were allowed on, only one person operating the cray machine and searching bags caused a massive backlog of people…I’m convinced you could have got anything onto that plane if you were determined enough. By the way, it was the same story in Aswan airport.
The plane was old and several things were broken including my seat. The sinks in the restrooms didn’t drain. The armrest on my seat was broken so the seat was constantly reclined. The tray table was broken. The fabric was coming off the seats. The overhead bin doors wouldn’t stay locked. The hotel accommodation was disgusting.
Boarding was chaotic and disorganized, and the foot rest to my seat was broken. But the food was good and the flight attendants were kind and attentive.
