To get to jet blue at JFK from any connecting flight you have to go through security again.

Our flight attendant was stellar with great anticipation and attention to details. Food was very good, and overall flight, though very long, was really good.

Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.

They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.

Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.

Absolute worst airline. Charged us $720 to check 4 bags (2 of which were carry-on). Entertainment systems didnt work. And on a 12 hour flight they served 2 meals and never once came around outside of those 2 meals with a beverage or cup of water. Will never fly them again.

Turkish Airlines is amazing. I have a problem with the ticket I purchased through the kayak website. I have filed a complaint related to the fact that I was contacted by phone on the day I purchased the ticket and told that the amount that the ticket had been advertised for was not accurate and that I had to pay more. This is totally fraudulent. I will look into addressing this further tomorrow and will never ever use kayak again.

Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.

The seat in the 787 was broken and did not keep us in the upright position. Also the entertainment system was broken for some channels and only had audio and no visual display.

Long haul flight need to have better snack/food options. Toilets were not refreshed regularly. No toilet paper or hand wipe tissues.
