The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
If I had a chance to rate Turkish airline in negative I will definitely give -100. Worst non professional attitude of ground staff at Istanbul. If I was a owner of Turkish airline I would definitely fire all check-in staff who was on duty for this flight. Rude attitude to all customers. Non availability of food options. Chicken and fish option was finished within 8 rows and only pasta was available (seat rows 25- last row). Seat Front glove boxes were ripped and all stuff was dropping on floor. Flight crew was trying to pacify the customers but this is sole responsibility of the manager who arranged / booked the food for this flight. He must be removed from this position as he has no idea about his job. It was worst flight during my whole life. Never booking again on Turkish airline.
The rules regarding business class lounge hotel/room access were very confusing. Between flights we had an 11 hour layover in Istanbul, but were denied a room to rest as our layover was too long?? Keep in mind that we arrived there at 3:30am after a long flight. Even multiple Turkish airlines employees were inconsistent with the rules. We ended up paying a high price at the Yotel in the airport in order to get some rest. Good thing I did, as a medical emergency was declared on the flight from Istanbul to Atlanta and I was apparently the only physician on board. Luckily I was able to stabilize the passenger and the flight wasn't diverted. The crew called an overhead announcement for a medical doctor, but insisted that I show them a copy of my medical license which I did. Very strange in my 35 years as a physician and responding multiple times to inflight medical emergencies over the years. I was very glad the passengers issue was resolved, but an acknowledgement of at least a thank you from the crew would have been appreciated.
had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.
Amazing trip! No delays, no broken or lost luggage, and amazing food.
Aircraft you use on this route are always old and poor! This drives the entire experience down
The ac did not work and the plane was deployed for the AC BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I have high blood pressure and I was SWEATING AND NEARLY PASSED OUT. Do better.
The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.
boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).
Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.
It would be good to choose between a Turkish based meal and an American meal option.
For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.

Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
The check-in process is not the best They should have agents in site to help with any problem especially a rebook. Why does one have to get on the phone when there were at least 8 agents around that could have help?! Flying is stressful as it is and having someone willing to do their customer service will ease some of the stress.
Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.
I like the non stop flight to Lagos. The cabin crew were great, the food was alright and the ride was smooth. The downside is there wasn’t wifi connection from Lagos to Washington as stated. The 11hrs flight, became boring at times because of no wifi.
Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Lounge was top notch h with great variety of food and drinks. Cabin crew were great. Smooth flight.

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.
My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.
Lots of legroom on the flight. No interaction from the staff at all on the plane. They only attended to the First Class passengers. There was no entertainment. Security I was body scanned even though I hadn't set off an alarm, my father-in-law in his 80s, was stopped and subjected to a through body search, told that they would have to place their hands in intimate places. There were several border guards present, and as we walked off we could hear the TWA officer talk about the procedure as if he was training. My father-in-law was a little upset about the whole process. A kind explanation would have been more acceptable, and it felt dehumanizing to him.
Security area in terminal 3 needs to be made much nicer. Less claustrophobic and use of glass and big ceilings wouldhelp
Premium was very comfortable. Food was delicious. I had specific diet requirement and Virgin Atlantic ensured it was provided. Onboard crew was very friendly and caring. Extremely smooth journey. I wonder how upper class experience would be. Perhaps one day, I will try upper class.
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

My schedule flight was rebooking and changed to Chicago, then I did not used the flight from Dulles to Savannah
Mechanical problems had to be fixed after all the passengers were boarded, and kept on the plane for over close to two hours with no air conditioning. Did not have enough snacks for everyone to distribute. Also, the movie screen did not work and no-one seem to be interested in helping us fix the problem. And the last, two people from our family got severe food poisoning. Arrived Atlanta 4 hours later than estimated 2:35 pm landing time. Deeply disappointed in Lufthansa, since it has been one of our preferable air companies to fly with.

The connection at Frankfurt was chaotic and nearly missed the flight to Atlanta. They made was wait for busses to transfer and it took ages
I travel extensively internationally. I only bought this ticket because it was much cheaper than my usual airlines. I had sworn off Lufthansa from past experiences of tiny seat space, mediocre food and entertainment and unconcerned airline stewardesses. I was pleasantly surprised on this flight! My seat space was bigger than I remembered. The plane was new! The stewardesses were great and the food much better. Movie selection wasn't as good as Delta/Air France but good enough. I would now choose Lufthansa again in my top tier of flight choices.
