Lahore to Doha was great but Doha to JFK using American Airlines was horrendous
They literally discriminate the families flying with children. We had five tickets and they did let us carry only two cabin bags though the bags weighed only less than 10 lbs. very rude. They asked us to put all laptops together in one bag and check in rest of them at the gate in dallas. They asked us to check in one more bag at the gate in doha for our connection because the cabin bag with laptops is heavy. We were family of 5, traveled with one cabin bag to our final destination. I have been using qatar since 2014. Won’t fly with them again.
Very lethargic, lazy, rude process to check-in and board the plane. The staff is not well trained or has no care for customer service or any decency at all. First time flying Qatar airways after hearing so many good things about the airline, however the experience was awful!

Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

They said that they have to charge me a $615 penalty on top of the $750 i had payed for the ticket for cancellation. They mentioned that ill be refunded my $750 from qatar as they got a waiver for me. I received $250 from qatar airways and nothing yet. Airfare's customer service staff is highly uncooperative and v rude"

No where in the world has an airline ever asked me for this, and I fly a fair bit. Since I didn't allow them to extort me, they forced me to throw away my brand new Delsey hand carry at the airport. I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."

The food should be improved, it didn’t taste as good as expected. Tea/coffee should be served after food otherwise by the time we finish our food the tea/coffee is cold.

For a flight in which 60-70% of passengers are Indians, some extra vegetarian meals should be available (for those who do not know how to book it in advance)."

Cons: "How one of your crew member expressed herself to another crew member regarding the passenger next to me. just because he asked her what type of vegetable were in the eggs. Your crew member was very inconsiderate. All she had to do was answer the question and not make any other comment to her co-worker (Joyanne) about how she wish they (meaning ) passengers would read the menu. I was very disappointed about her comment. Even worst, to see how inconsiderate she was and how she did not even considered if this gentleman could read, or did not have his eyewear. I believe her comment was unnecessary and inappropriate at the time. I could not quite get her name, but she does not need to deal with the public."

Cons: "On an 18 hour flight I was offered 1/3 of a cup of water or liquid about 3-4 times. They even rationed ice cubes. I had to ring the assistance bell any every 1-2 hours in order to stay hydrated the meals Consisted of a reheated TV dinner and 5 plastic wrapped versions of bread or processeed foods (bread sticks, cracked, cheese stick) normal you just overlook this stuff but when it's 18 hour flight you need actual food and water or else you'll risk dehydration."

When the bus stopped neat the air craft for boading, ground staff were seen collecing heavy hand carry luggage from the passengers for putting them in a separate compartment for taking as a cargo, which caused another delay in boading. Old air craft on this route should be replanced. Before boading from Dubai to Lahore, I checked my flight status several times on flight information screen but my flight was not shown on it. Later, I checked on hand touch screen and came to know that gate was B2."

Airport is TERRIBLE in terms of going from gate to gate- loong walks with no moving walkways. Train is a joke covering very short distance. Once arrived in Boston, took 1hr before luggage started unloading, and then to find out our 4 bags didn't come at all. Staff on ground not courteous, wouldn't send bags to home town in Raleigh. Had to wait till afternoon to get the bags and then fly to final destination. Entertainment system very bad, audio/video stop and go, stop and go- really terrible (though notice some people's screens were working fine)."

Please ask them to keep flight schedules and value the timings.
First, you should know that the flight has been canceled and I am stranded. The fact that you do not have any information on this flight cancelation is so absurd and disturbing. Second, It is impossible to reach Etihad via phone so we have been on hold for hours.

I requested them that I can buy a bag and can divide the stuff in two bags. But supervisor who seemed Indian was really racist and he kept insisting that we are flying in 5 minutes. Either you have to pay penalty for this hand carry or you can cancel your flight. I have never ever seen this kind of behavior from anyone specially from a supervisor. I ended up paying $300 extra for only 2 kg extra weight in my hand carry. I would recommend my whole family and friends not to choose this airline anymore."

I was denied to board the flight with no Reason and was told I was marked as No Show meanwhile I was at the airport and the Time if Check-in and the American Airlines Agent by the name Brandon denied to Check me in Smh what a terrible experience I will never forget....purchase my Ticket back in June and only for me to be denied on the day I was scheduled to travel and then I have to purchase a new Ticket directly with Delta .😦😦

Cons: "Kayak.com overwrote the passenger name with an incorrect name. Neither Kayak.com or lastminute.com could correct this which resulted in me losing approx. £600 and taking the issue to the small claims court."
Pros: "American Airlines had awesome customer service, smooth flight, comfortable and seats were roomy for economy."

Cons: "The seats on our return leg were much more cramped & did not have as much legroom as the outbound flight. There were no meals available for me that did not contain cheese. There were not sufficient choices of spirits & we were only offed a drink once in the flight. I have flown with BA for 30 years now. This was absolutley the worst flight I have been on."
Cons: "The plane was warm which became uncomfortable for the second half of the 9 hour flight. Also they had some issues with double booked seats and having to move people around which delayed takeoff. The staff did a good job of making the best of a bad situation thoug."

Cons: "When trying to check in online the day prior, the British Airways system was unable to load my reservation. Upon arrival to the airport, the rather unambitious fellow at the check-in desk refused to look up my reservation and instead insisted that my flight was in fact through American Airlines. After waiting in yet another queue, I was sent back to British Airways, where it was confirmed that Iwas booked on the flight, but that it would be to late to check my suitcase. I am still at my city of origin in London as I write this review."

Cons: "Flying in and flying out was a headache! Both times, the flights were delayed, therefore causing me to have to miss my connecting flights "BOTH times!!!!" I had to rebook and reticket my luggages throughout both travels! I will NEVER EVER book with Bristish Airways EVER again! Worst experience ever thus far! Worst part was that I had my elderly parents with me and I had to continuously make changes because of the flight delays, which put all of us in extreme stress! Made me sick to my stomach of how unprofessional BA staff were when it came to accommodating us due to their delays."

Cons: "Horrible seats, extremely delayed. Never buy a hacker fare again. Suitcases are literally locked in customs at JFK HP airport for indeterminate time period. Weather wasn't their fault but they should have had green undo staff to help and move people onward."
