It was pretty decent mostly cause I have leg room.

The first leg of our booked flight was severely delayed, and by the time I could get to an agent to see about re-booking, it was impossible to arrive in time to board for the final leg to Reykjavik. We were flown by American Airlines to Heathrow but didn't arrive in time to take the British Airways flight. BA only flies once a day to Reykjavik, so we had to purchase an absurdly expensive flight through Icelandair out of Gatwick to arrive in time for an excursion that started at 9 a.m. the next day. Our luggage got lost in the meantime and wasn't found for several days.

God food! Although some of the snacks were not to my taste. Nice amenities in premium economy made for a comfortable flight. The pilot was able to make up about half the time we were delayed in the ground (we were delayed over an hour before takeoff due to a shortage of tugs) Nice movie selection for entertainment. We were last to board the second leg of our flight due to.complications during transfer from the first flight of our trip, but did manage to board in time. We really enjoyed the video presentation for flight safety. Hilarious gets your attention! Really nice, sufficient accommodations for overhead storage, didn't seem crowded or jam packed. I enjoyed being able to track the flight on my monitor. I was disappointed that there wasn't free WiFi during the flight, I thought that was a complimentary service but you had to pay extra. It felt like we were nickled and dimed on that one.

Abby who was the crew member in my cabin had some serious attitudes. May need some training and some kind of diversity training.

Qatar was good! However British airways lost my bags and still looking for them . Horrible experience there! Also because flights got delayed, there wasn’t enough time in london

Positive boarding experience, easy access to seat with plenty of luggage space

There was no wifi on board this route, and the seat power supply didn't work on the whole row of seats I was in, so I had to charge my phone and laptop in the galley. Other than that it was a very comfortable and enjoyable flight!
