The toilets weren't kept clean -- bins not emptied, some kind of snag with one of them. I've never been able to get STAT's entertainment system to work. This time I couldn't even connect to their internal wifi. Overall, it's a decent airline: relatively roomy seats, good meals and drink service. They could distribute water on longer flights.
I like that Sata service a mean as part of the ticket price and includes wine too, wish other airlines did that as well. Thanks, tm
I had a nightmare with this booking. The airline had to change the flight and this messed everything else up. It was a huge pain because I called chatdeal, which is part of Kayak, and they kept asking me to give them more time to figure out my flights. I had to keep calling because I never got any of the callbacks that I was promised and I didn't have my flights figured out until the day before I was to fly out. Then!, I got to the airport to fly to NYC and found out that the flights were still not figured out and I was lucky enough to only get it figured out when someone from Jetblue figured it out for me. I'm happy that I was able to get it figured out, but I did have to pay for my own stay on the first night because my layover because 29 hours and was not offered a way to get a hotel voucher, which I should have since it was not my fault that the flight was changed.
Flight from FNC to OBO was cancelled. We were rebooked to Lisbon later in the day. It was inconvenient but it worked out ok in the end.
Terrible flight attendant attitude. Average 3-star hotel employee has better hospitality skills. Business class seats are literally a joke. TAP executives should ride business class in other airlines to develop some rudimentary sense of what business class is.
I’ve never had worse food in business class ever!
Very pleasant flight, crew was very nice. The flight was really smooth, big plane. The seats are kind of close together, so comfort was just OK. The boarding process on the way back to New York was a little chaotic. It took a long time.There were no announcements, no loudspeaker just one staff yelling out of instructions and a lot of people crowding in before their term to board. So that could really be improved a lot.
The crew was very nice. The food was good. The entertainment on the way back to Miami wasn’t as good as the flight over. I wanted to watch Wicked but on the way over from Miami to Lisbon but the screen didn’t work. On the way from Lisbon to Miami Wicked wasn’t an option. Liked the option to check out overhead carry on with our checked luggage Overall the flights were very good. I would fly TaP again
Was a cheap flight and it got me to Portugal on time. For economy there was ample leg room and the flight attendants were pleasant and helpful.
First time and I enjoyed the trip…. Will fly again soon 🔜
Boarding went fast. Lisbon's gates are too small for the flights they serve.
Great pilot, textbook landing in madeira. Everything else, from booking to checkin, plane quality, seat amenities, crew engagement, and overall experience were significantly below standard. I WOULD NOT FLY TAP IF THERE IS ANY OTHER OPTION.

Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.
Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.
Unnecessarily delayed and remarkably inefficient boarding contributed to a significantly delayed departure. Seats/legroom astonishingly uncomfortable even by Ryanair standards (minimal legroom plus reinforced plastic seat backs ensure you get punched hard in the knees every time the person in front moves, and as a 6-foot passenger I had nowhere else to put my legs. Upon late arrival at the gate in Luton we were kept waiting another 20 minutes before being allowed off the plane. Both Easyjet and Wizzair are currently a better bet.
This was the worst boarding ever. We were kept in the boarding bus for almost 40 minutes without any information or update. Very uncomfortable beings squished with another 50 people and not knowing what was happening.
Delayed and changed Multiple times after booking necessitating many. Travel changes ; a bit of an issue

Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.
Seats are very small, I’m not a big person, but the person beside me was using his seat and half of mine… and this person was a bit gross but not a lot…
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.
Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.
