Cons: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "After we boarded and were already sitting in our sits the stewardess came and removed our bags from the overhead compartment for another person with a larger bag! We ended up storing our bags under the sits in-front. The way it was done it was rude and with no consideration for our comfort."

Pros: "It was too cold on the flight. I asked for a blanket and luckily the stewardess had one. However, before giving it to me, she told me it was the only one on the flight!"

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

You need a written contact with your neighbor about the foot placement - space is so narrow, you need to take turns if you would like to come off the plane without back injuries 4. New custom: serve coffee AFTER breakfast 5. Nobody walked around with water or juice between the meals - you had to wake your neighbor since climbing over someone is no longer possible [either] 6. If you have 2 beverages on your tray and your neighbor needs to get out, you need a third person to assist (impossible to get out of your seat with 2 beverages in your hands (we tried it!) - just too narrow (even for a European Teenager) 7. It was not clearly visible who boards where. An Economy couple standing patiently in line at the Wong boarding line was sent back to the end of the long economy line - although NOBODY was in the business line"

Waiting for long time in a crowded bus to NORAD the plane then rushing out of the bus to Nita the plane with no lines and having to wait for the crowds outside the lane in a freezing temperature. Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)"

The third piece of luggage was three and a half days late. Which is was are Christmas presents were delivered late afternoon. There wasn’t any compensation for the inconvenience of having to change of plans of staying around the house waiting for luggage when we paid for hotel rooms and we didn’t get a refund on our trip we couldn’t take. When we knew flights from Frankfurt to München ran daily. Very disappointed. Byron becker we flew from Florida Orlando fo Munich Germany and paid a high price for traveling. Also we were bumped three times fro, Frankfurt to. Much each time on standby. Very disappointed. Sorry but this is the truth."

Lufthansa has done this twice to us. My kids 8,10, 12 year old girls are well behaved and used to flying, so don't disturb anyone."

Was rebooked on another carrier, but United couldn't get our baggage back to us in time to make that flight thanks to the absolute circus that ensued at the gate. 9:55am flight turns into a night at the airport hotel with vouchers that would only allow us to eat from the horrible buffett (ordering off the hotel menu was not covered). Put on same flight the follow day. Wait for it.... Delayed again (no weather). Would never have booked a flight with United in the first place due to similar issues in the past , but got duped when I booked this Luftansa flight and found out after the fact that it was operated by United. Never again, again."

In addition, one flight attendant's standard response when he didn't hear something well was "heh?" rather that "excuse me" or "could you please say that again?". Also the headphones given out were of poor quality."

They were very attentive to our requests. I wish this crew was on the Accra-Washington Dc leg Food: this was okay, standard plane food. The food options were made known ahead of time and the crew made sure that we were constantly hydrated. They even offered more than two drinks at a time. Very helpful and friendly staff. Smooth flight: Kudos to the pilot. This was a smooth flight despite the minor turbulence we received."

It takes forever for air to circulate and you feel as if you cannot breathe. The rules on the flight are bizarre. They disable your entertainment a full half hour before landing. They make you remove the blanket that you've used to get comfortable from your lap and toss it to the floor not knowing your body temperature. But you can have a gin and tonic. In Cape Town the 90 minutes before the flight was spent standing in line to be frisked and have your bags rummaged through. After that everyone just piled on board in no order. The elites were able to skip through and avoid dealing with the riff raff."

Cons: "Basically everything. The plane was old and a lot of things were broken. The tv screens were touch screens which didn't touch. The crew was not friendly or helpful. The captain told us we were in a circling pattern and wouldn't be landing for 30-40 minutes, yet the crew made us turn off all electronics and out our seats up. So for 40 minutes we sat there uncomfortably. It was unnecessary. Basically everything on this flight was uncomfortable, inconvienent, and bad."

Cons: "Although mechanical problem had been known about for more than 6 hours, passengers only received notice of a delay 2 hours before the boarding time. The delay continued to be extended until it reached an 8 hour delay. The "mechanical" problem was the need to replace a tire. The airline told us that they had to send a crew form Washington, DC to New York to drive back with the tire. Including the time of the delay and the additional time that the plane was on the ground prior to the delay, this "repair" took 18 hours. As a frequent flyer, I received an email from the airline that the flight was going to be delayed the full 8 jours. The board at the gate initially only listed a 3 hour delay. When I inquired, the attendant told me not to say anything because that had not been officially announced yet. Once we boarded the plane, there was no apology. As we boarded (after 18 hours of the plane being at the same gate), they announced that they would then begin refueling the plane. Throughout the flight, the crew seemed annoyed and annoyed. Throughout the delay, other passengers talked about similar delays and the financial issues that the airline has been having. I would avoid this airline - they seem to be struggling."

Overall, a superior experience to any U.S. airline I have ever flown. I would fly them again any time. Five stars."

I don't think it was the airline's fault, but it was a little out-of-the ordinary."
