I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.
Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.

DL482 did not wait for about 10 of us including a mother and 3 children when we were in the same terminal on DL486, where we were switching from waiting for a jet bridge fix, to moving to a neighboring gate. I understand taxiing delays are ok either but man. We only needed 5 more minutes. DL482 did not adjust from their times at all. This was my first time with Delta.
DL486 could not get to the gate due to jet bridge malfunction. We moved gates. The connecting flight of LAX to MCO was not communicated with. Even though we were in the same terminal, DL482 left without about 10 of us, including a mother and her 3 children. I got to the gate at 7:34 am which is past the 7:20 am last call for a 7:35 am departure. Had they waited 5 minutes, all of us would have made it on board.
The wait in the tunnel to enter the plane was too long. The counter personnel, specially ''Israel'' was really not welcoming considering Delta Standards. Other than this everything was good overall.
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Overall I had a good experience on my flight. Boarding was generally good and seemed pretty efficient. Initial selection of seats was an extra charge, so the seat I was assigned was not optimal. Turned out to be okay and I was able to get up a little to stretch. The crew were great and friendly. Food & snacks served on the flight tasted nice and good sized portions. I would take the airline again. If able it can be worth upgrading from the economy class for longer flights. Or if you need consider paying to choose a specific seat.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.
Great, except the canon was so cold. Even the flight attendants put jackets on
Return Premium Economy section to the smaller section with comfortable seats. Add internet, upgrade the meals, and upgrade/update the Movies and Music onboard.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in
Boarding was 2 hours late and then we were delayed another 5 hours on the tarmac. I'm sure the crew were also tired, but some of them were rather snappy. The special dinner I ordered was not served, and they only served a tapas box on takeoff and breakfast before landing. That was disappointing in premium economy. However United was good at rebooking my connecting flight.
It was pretty good, they give a small blanket, neck pillow and earphones. The only bad thing was not big enough leg room for your bag and feet. They gave us a snack, dinner, and breakfast on flight and food was good considering it was on a plane
Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
We paid extra to check our bags ($90*2=$180) but our luggage remained in Frankfurt. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we were promised that our luggage would go to our destination. We had to pay 90€ to take a taxi back to the airport in Split the next day to get our bags so we would not miss our next step on our trip. We think we should be reimbursed for our checked bags. How can we coordinate this?
This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.
The seat was wet when I came in. Food was just something. And during a whole 11 to 12 hours in the airplane NO WIFI. Was is the point to buy a business ticket if you can be connected to your relatives and your company. Ethiopian used to do that to theirs customers, TECHNICAL ISSUE, WE ARE SORRY….. I am a gold customer for ET. It is very disappointed!
It was a great experience for my first time flying with this airline. I will be flying with them a lot more now. Plane crew was amazing.
The flight was very smooth, however, the quality of food was mediocre.
The TV wasn't working No music for the whole flight from JFK to LOS It was too burring.
Flight was delayed by two hours. This really messed things up because I missed my connecting flight in Addis. I had a meeting in Entebbe which was scrapped because my flight from Addis landed later in the day.
I paid for internet that did not work and had to pay more to have it
The crew was unfriendly and very rude to name a few (Helina). I felt unsafe due to most of the cabinets were open while on flight. All in all the flight was ok, but the crew needed more training on customer service most of all for international flights.
Delay not posted, only departure time listed- not boarding time. We left an hour late and arrived 45 min late. Restrooms had backed up sinks and toilets not flushed ) passenger error). Lots of screen for entertainment didn’t work. But we arrived with our luggage
The plane was old and the luggage racks above us were visibly shaking during turbulence. Water was dripping on our heads during landing. Our flight was over 2 hours late departing but we were not updated or told what to expect as the screen at the gate continued to read “on time”
Check in took over an hour because printer was not working. Attendant did not know how to give free layover Addis Ababa hotel vouchers or update frequent flyer number. After repeated attempts, got voucher emailed. However hotel wanted printed voucher hence more delay. Bus time from hotel back to airport was printed 4:50 hours, but hotel reception called at 3 pm saying bus will leave at 4 pm. Then hotel reception called again saying 4:15 pm. We rushed at 4:15 pm and bus was not ready until 4:40 pm. Many audio outlets were not working in planes.
Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.
Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
A/C temp. was way too cold during the flight.
Boarding was a complete shambles, groups in all the wrong places, queuing up before the crew had even arrived. Service was kind but slow, food was tasty and beautifully presented. Seat was comfy and private
The food could have been better. And the chicken sandwich was not nice at all.
Flight delayed in terms of boarding and Kayak was great in updating but the team on the groping at British Airways were really poor
It was difficult to board from London to accra. Had to get there an hour before and almost missed the flight. Did not get enough rest time at the lounge
Whilst the flight was delayed, the crew and service was fabulous.
Left my baggage behind on my arrival had to wait 3 days to claim my luggage
We missed our connection and they put us in a hotel our luggage didn't get rerouted with us so we arrived with no luggage
The crew was friendly, 5/5 stars. The food was better than ok, 3.5/5 stars. The seats were tight, 3/5 stars. The entertainment was 2/5 stars because of lack of WiFi.
ldid not like the late departure did not like the late food service. Food should have been serve earlier ro allow more sleeping time. Did not like beeing interrupted just to show announcement about their duty free onboard Finally baggage did not make it to final destination and are still in casablanca.
My luggage was left behind in Miami. I wasn’t the only one. I couldn’t get a boarding pass from air Maroc but I got one from American Airlines for the air Maroc leg. I had the sense of getting in line with air Maroc boarding crew and showed them my AA boarding pass for air Maroc and I got a new one from them. There were several passengers filing missing bags reports in Casablanca so I assume there isn’t a good coordination between airlines. My AA bag ticket says Casablanca but it is from AA. I wasn’t the only one missing a bag.
I couldn’t find my boarding pass with the information provided by Underpricer. It took me several hours to find what the issue was. Finally I got the right code to get my boarding pass from American Airlines. Underpricer WhatsApp call center finally got it right. When I got to Casablanca my luggage was left in Miami. Not sure which airline fault it was if Air Maroc or AA. I filled out a report with Air Maroc
I would like to praise one of the stewards, Mohamed, who was swift and efficient to help me as I was not feeling well at some point during the flight.
There is nothing Royal about Royal Air Maroc. Old planes, poor service, no entertainment and everyone of my 4 flights was late.
Improve food quality and clean the seat . Bathrooms not clean
I had pre booked gluten free as a meal preference. Nothing of that was considered during my flight. The attendant said he had no idea and would check but never returned with a response. I did not eat anything that flight and was super hungry
