Cons: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule."

We were told there was not good offered on the flight because it was not long enough. Minneapolis to Spokane - seriously????5 days earlier on same flight there was full food offerings. Audio quality and ear bugs are barely useable. Very difficult to hear any of the spoken words of the movie and I have good hearing."

My biggest complaint is that as a paying customer (vs non rev) I think it is kind of crazy that I did not have an assigned seat until I walked onto the plane. I really disliked tjis process. I found it to be an unnecessary stress. When I asked the gate agent about it I didn't get a clear answer as to where I will be sitting. I'd much rather know what my seat number is before I board the plane. Other then this bizarre process. Everything was great."

Pros: "The gate agent was terrific. There was a delay, but he continually updated everyone about what was going on. Also, I checked on upgrades when I first arrived. About forty minutes later I went over to check the monitor. I didn't even look his way, but he called out to me, asked my name, and checked the status of my upgrade. Very professional and very nice."

Have a box with a snack and some coolers that have 5 different beverages. I wouldn't even sell booze. I person can hold out for a flight that shot to get one on the connection or in the terminal."

Because of this proximity to the horrible scene we could not see completing this trip. The Air Canada staff understood and accommodated our need change plans. They arranged for us to fly directly home rather than to our planned stop in Las Vegas."

Cons: "The boarding process was a mess. This is due more to the Toronto airport than Air Canada. Passengers standing in front of the entrance to the gate made cueing up to enter when your zone was called impossible. Drinks were offered only twice on the 5 hour flight. Bathrooms were filthy."

Pros: "They were able to put me on standby for the next flight and I made it on. I would have been upset if had to wait for the last flight at 10:55pm. I understand this is not always in the airports control."
Cons: "My flight from Montreal to Ottawa was canceled and I almost had a panic attack. I was flying alone for the first time."

Cons: "We were on the Tarmac for almost two hours before take off. We were served only cold drinks and pretzels, no tea or coffee, during the entire time. There was very little leg room, the seats were cramped and inadequate luggage space."

Pros: "Wheelchair service arrived very late yet the flight attendants and the Captain remained with me until the wheelchair arrived. Outstanding attention and care for passengers."
