On July 16, the Government of Senegal announced new restrictions that impact entry into Senegal by foreign nationals. Foreign nationals may now be restricted from entering Senegal if they are not residents of Senegal or a country that is a member of the Economic Community of West African States or meet certain other exemptions. The government of Senegal has said airlines are not allowed to carry foreign nationals from countries who have advised against travel to Senegal unless they are ordinarily resident in Senegal, diplomats, military, health professionals and other specific professional categories. They have also said they will not allow entry to nationals from countries who have restrictions on travel from Senegal. The government have not yet specified which countries they consider fall into these categories. Consult the Senegal Ministry of Tourism for more information.
To enter Senegal, all travelers must have a medical certificate with a negative PCR test result for COVID-19, issued at most 7 days before arrival. Travelers without a medical certificate will be subject to medical screening at their own cost. Current testing fees are FCFA 40,000 per passenger, which must be paid in cash at the time of testing. Travelers must also complete and submit a ‘Public Health Passenger Locator’ form on arrival in Senegal. The form can be found on the Dakar Airport website.

Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

I would say she went from ok to friendly so maybe not AWESOME but compared to the other flight attendants who weren't friendly at all, she was good."

When I went to check-in, I had a window, not aisle and was positioned at the very back of the plane.
