Cons: "Flight was delayed in Frankfurt due to technical issues. That was fixed, but ended up missing the flight to Minneapolis. Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed."

The airplane was old, one restroom did not function and it was closed. I assumed I'll be missing it so I called Lufthansa to make changes. Their attempts to help took too much time, they did not look tat the trip from origination to provide best alternatives until I arrived to airport in Las Vegas to find out that again they had to change the booking and issue a new ticket. This took more than two hours. Had I not was preemptive I would have been stuck in Frankfort for an extra day."

Cons: "Pillows were not provided for an overnight flight, only blankets. The seats are hard and uncomfortable, even though there is extra leg room in Economy Plus. The seats are leather, which in some ways may be nice, but without a pillow, having your head resting on the leather headrest for hours is not comfortable. The cabin interior is mostly a cold blue color with accents of grey, with harsh cold lighting. Not inviting or relaxing at all. Other recent longer United flights that I've been on have been nicer, but the seats were no more comfortable."
