Position of head rest was centered at my upper back, just reaching my neck - do I sound tall? I'm 5'8"."

Cons: "My surfboard bag was ripped and all straps were broken and was then patched up with duct tape!!! What the F#€*?!! It looked like it fell off the plane and was run over. Plus my bike box was torn to bits and patched with duct tape and was cut open by someone’s knife, I ended up loosing bike parts because of this. Horrible bag handling by the crew!! This was all noticed when I picked up my bags in Auckland"
Cons: "While they say it has entertainment unit they don’t tell you that you have to pay for it and you have to purchase ear phones as well. Had seat 43E it doesn’t recline, pocket at back of seat broken, delayed 2hrs due to faulty PA system and compensation was a free punch cocktail."
Cons: "I received more updates on delay, gate changes and expected departure time from Kayak by text messages than from the airline. There were regular gate area updates. Passengers were not given any 'make-up' benefits for the 6-hour delay, like access to pay movies or discounted pay for snacks. I don't favor free booze. Even the meal was crappy, not that the crew could change loaded meals. Passengers felt like the delay was not big deal to the airline and crew."
Cons: "Husband and I upgraded our seats, only to board and settle in and be asked that one of us leave the seat we paid for because they made an error and double booked one of the two seats."
Cons: "The seats were awful and uncomfortable. Payed 100 dollars extra for even more leg room and barely had any. Such an old plane for such a long flight. The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

Spent the whole flight with the guy next to me’s arm way past the armrest, pinned to the window; very uncomfortable."
Pros: "Great legroom. Got in a bit early which was fantastic. Appreciated a mid-flight update from the pilot."
Cons: "Earphone jack did not work so I couldn’t listen to any movies or shows — shouldn’t sell a seat on a 5 hour flight if entertainment isn’t working. Plane also felt like it could have been cleaner."
Cons: "Boarding took a long time. We were waiting in the tunnel for longer than usual."
Cons: "More complimentary food options given it’s a 6 and a half hour flight."
Cons: "I waited for over 40 minutes for someone to answer my call button. And then they just turned it off without asking me or anyone in my row if we needed something."
Pros: "We've always enjoyed flying Delta and this trip had been just as nice as the previous ones we have taken through this airline."
Cons: "Our stewardess/stewards seem to be incredibly cranky on this trip and very unapproachable. They must have been having an "off" day I guess."
Cons: "It was actually quite good, Delta is by far the airline to use compared with the other airlines."
Pros: "Delta is doing such a good job keeping people spread out, keeping masks on, and giving wipes and hand sanitizer out. They gave snacks in individual baggies with hand sanitizer. I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken."

Cons: "With covid in Seattle I was placed next to a restroom. I did not see any bathroom sanitation occurring during the flight, and no sanitizer available anywhere."

Cons: "Longest boarding process I’ve ever experienced. Stuck on the ramp for 10-15 mins. Before they allowed general boarding for the second flight in a row, they announced no overhead storage space was left available and forced everyone to check bags at the gate."

Cons: "Paying for the seats and bags as additional fees is deceptive. I mean who flys without a seat or clothes? Consider boarding back to front, that way people in front of the plane don't create a back up trying to get their carry on loaded in the over head bin."

Cons: "Flight was already an hour delayed which is understandable and unavoidable. What needs serious improvement and any airport/airline should not tolerate is delays from baggage handling services. Once we boarded we watched the baggage crew unload the last flights bags including USPS parcel cargo. Then our baggage had to be loaded. Sat on the plane for 50 mins before backing out of terminal. Complete lack of urgency on the part of the baggage handlers was very frustrating to many passengers."
