Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Amazing crew"
Cons: "I had booked a window seat, the when I went to board, it was changed to an isle seat. I find that I dislike the sole due to the rudeness of people in general and I kept getting hit with purses and such from passing passengers."
Cons: "Temperature of cabin was too cold. My feet were icy."
Pros: "Quick boarding process and take off. Flight was slightly late but the staff expedited boarding and take off. Staff is friendly. Service was great. Beverage service was great. Baggage was quickly at baggage claim."
Cons: "Even though its a short flight better food options for First Class would be appreciated."
Pros: "price great; direct flight;"
Cons: "Far in advance I requested a seat with extra leg room for a back condition that is supported by a physicians note. The seat did not appear to me to have extra leg room. I was very uncomfortable."
Cons: "Not having a delayed flight."
Pros: "Excellent flight - smooth, comfortable seats (exit row with lots of leg room), in-flight entertainment was great, snacks and drinks served when I needed. Got to Cincinnati earlier than expected. Couldn't have gone better really."
Cons: "I will say the flight to Orlando including an upcharge of $100 for a bag that was 10lbs overweight. I was INCREDIBLY frustrated at the crazy price. I understand fees would apply to overweight bags but $100???? Kind of ridiculous"

Pros: "Fine, courteous"
Pros: "Boarding was easy. Checking in was easy, the overall flight was quiet and quick and on time"
Cons: "Nothing to report here"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Small aircraft"
Pros: "Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated."
Cons: "That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control."
Cons: "Dripped on!!!!!!"
Pros: "Flight was good. Left on time. Crew was attentive."
Cons: "Did not assign seat at check in. Had to go to gate and check in. Staff handled it well, but it was inefficient. Wasted time dealing with it."
Pros: "It was too cold on the flight. I asked for a blanket and luckily the stewardess had one. However, before giving it to me, she told me it was the only one on the flight!"
Pros: "Crew was very friendly and upbeat. Boarding was quick and easy."
Cons: "I paid for a window seat, and there was no window where I sat. Seats weren’t terribly comfortable."
Cons: "No individual TV. That’s hard with two little ones."
Pros: "Everyone was fairly friendly"
Cons: "Cramped foot room"
Cons: "I couldn’t watch a movie and I couldn’t fall asleep because the the person in front of me had a light on."
Cons: "I will make it my sole purpose to let everyone I know and review this on every site. Kayak messed up our flights so badly and then would not fix them. I spent 4 hours being bounced between airlines and travel sites just to be screwed with for a mistake Kayak made and would not fix. Worst company ever!"
Pros: "Nothing. My flight got canceled."
Cons: "Delta offered nothing for canceling my flight, rescheduling me on one over 24 hours later with two layovers to Miami. I lost money on hotel reservations and never even made it on my trip. Couldn’t reach delta for over 24 hrs to confirm whether I’d get a refund or not"
Pros: "Short trip"
Cons: "Boarding process. Paying to check bag when people with roll-on bags were allowed to check them at the gate for free."
Cons: "Bad food"
Cons: "Expensive food"
Cons: "Aircraft seemed shabby despite refresh of Comfort Plus, food was really mediocre. Steer clear of the Asian Veg option."
Pros: "Understanding crew, and a helping attitude"
Pros: "Didn’t fly to Detroit . Delta changed flight to Atlanta & then toFort Meyers"
Pros: "Not sure who thought every passenger is 5'6 but for the rest of us, the seat pitch is ridiculously close. Like knees to the seat in front close. I'm 5'10 and I was very uncomfortable the entire flight."
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "Service was fast and the inflight entertainment is free. Lots of movies to chose from, which is nice for the long flight."
Cons: "It was the most cramped I have ever felt in a plane and also the longest flight. Horrible combination. Some of the crew were snippy."
Pros: "Allowed Pre boarding of infant (which American no longer does), complimentary food, entertainment on domestic flight, and friendly staff. Delta is upping the game!"
Pros: "the upgraded seats with the new headrests were great. the pilots & crew did a great job despite the more-than-average turbulence."
Cons: "lack of any entertainment options whatsoever (not necessary but always a nice-to-have). More importantly, the fact that I checked-in with seat 14 and ended-up, seemingly randomly, in seat 28 (the back of the plane) when I had SPECIFICALLY selected a seat in the FRONT section of the plane. That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers..."
Pros: "Always a good experience with Delta! They’re the best!"
Pros: "Decent selection of in-flight entertainment. (The entertainment unit was sub-par to allow full enjoyment.)"
Cons: "Older plane had undersized, non-responsive touch displays so passenger behind felt like a woodpecker. Also, retrofitted to provide in-seat power with metal box under seat in front of you makes it very uncomfortable for window passengers who don't have space to stow bag under seat in front of them or for their feet. (Uncomfortable on a long flight.)"
Cons: "No drink or snack service. No trash pick up. No option to purchase or rent headphones"
Pros: "Pushed back early, short taxi, took off one minute after scheduled departure, smooth flight, landed a half hour before scheduled time."
Pros: "i was able to use wifi during the flight which made the time pass by fast."
Cons: "i asked one of the ladies if they had blankets since the plane was freezing she told me no but everyone in first class recived a blanket whether they used it or not. i guess the people in zone 2 and zone 3 dont matter. the seats are the worst! they dont even sit at a 90 degree angle your more like sitting forward."
Pros: "The flight left on time and landed earlier than anticipated"
Cons: "The seats were narrow and very upright"
Cons: "Sold us a flight with unassigned seats"
Cons: "The temperature in the plane from Rhineland to Minneapolis and to San Jose was hot"
