Staff were friendly and awesome! Some Filipinos are just undisciplined, but not an airline problem.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.

I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
The flights with ANA were great. The flights with United, not so much.
The boarding process, food is one of the best, seats are roomier with better leg room.. the attendants are nice and accommodating…

The cabin was hot. I was sweating during the whole trip.

We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.

For a 17hr economy flight it wasn’t bad at all, thankfully it wasn’t a narrow body plane.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.
Really impressed with the Airline and much with the Crew. The crew was amazingggg, changed seats very easily, provided a lot of snacks on demand, the plane is nice and clean, the menu is well presented; unfortunately, the food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either but nothing to rave about. I am still rating it as excellent because I loved everything else; food improvement will be great!
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.
I spent 45 minutes with supervisor trying to get 2 bags checked for this international flight . He wouldn’t give it to me because West Jet was involved in this booking.

I wear hearing aids in both ears the infotainment system is hard to hear.
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!

Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
The pilot was late so we didn’t take off til almost 2 hours late.
The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.

This trip was a Christmas gift to our family. We were flying from Lexington to Palm Springs. When we were checking in the ticket agent said one bags was over weight by 4 LBS. We were flying first class which has baggage weight of 70 LBS per bag, one bag was 54LBS. We then had to take items from one bag to another. The agent also saw we had a dog with us. Once on the plane we were seated with the dog in the carrier. The United ticket agent came in the plane with two other people, I believe one was TSA and the other some security officer. The United agent said we had not paid for the dog ticket. We had paid for the ticket when we purchased our tickets. She did not give me time to find the email receipt. She then threatened all three of us with either I come with her or she would have all three of physically removed from the plane. I left the plane to pay for another ticket. She had to take my credit back to where we checked in. She acted as if it needed to be done immediately. She said we had 3 minutes. We then sat at the gate for approximately another 45 minutes. This was so embarrassing…to be threatened to be removed from a plane that we paid for all tickets including the dog. The flight attendance on the next leg of our trip were not very attentive to the passengers. On the plus side all the flights were on time. All in all, this was a miserable way to start a holiday vacation. United Airlines showed no compassion towards the whole incident. I feel we were purposely neglected.
