Sat in the tarmac at O’Hare for 65 minutes. This is a regular occurrence for delta at O’Hare
Delta was fine though my flight was delayed 4 hours into LGA and my return into ORD involved a taxi of 1+ hour to the gate
It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, happy and helpful. They tagged our bags and sent us to “bag drop off” but were not very clear about where that was. The airport was busy we headed off in what we thought was the right direction until a gentleman waved us down and actually came after us. He was the baggage handler for Delta and recognized our “deer in the headlights “ look-he brought us to the right area (which was marked as the Southwest Airlines Drop Off) and sent us on our way. Wonderful guy, low key and working with a big smile on his face. Loved it. Loved him.
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors
Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.
Very large passenger too space from my own seat. Arm board couldn’t be lowered because of his size. It wads very uncomfortable trip, as the flight was full couldn’t move anywhere having back pain because of the position in which I was the entire flight.
Not much food service - comfort + seat wasn’t that comfortable
The counter service folks didn’t show up until two hours prior to the flight. The check in machines didn’t work, ALL CLOSED. Slow service, few directions. The plane was clean, but the restrooms need work from a space standpoint. I am 5’8” and I had to bend down. Very cramped and I am a thin person. Too bad it’s “profit over people” corporate mentality…
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
Crew was great. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and I’m a small person.

Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time
As great a red-eye flight as red-eye flights can be.

Charging and entertainment didn't work. The meal was horrible. They only came by with the drink cart one time for the 8 hour flight. They did come by with water a couple times.
Flying First Class, the food could have been much better. The seat wasn’t very comfortable.
My luggage was lost at some point during my layover between Chicago and LHR. I landed Tuesday morning, and did not get it until Thursday night. Ironically, the people at the ticket desk had added a “priority” sticker to my tracking tag.
My experience was fine, with one surprising exception. After leveling off at cruising altitude, the main cabin flight attendant made an announcement that he had a cold, so he would not be coming through the aisle to provide cabin service. He claimed this was in consideration of his health and safety and ours. However, if passengers wanted a beverage, he invited them to come to the back of he plane, where he would provide service. I understand that a flight attendant's primary responsibility is to ensure passenger safety, but a secondary role is to provide service. If this flight attendant was too sick to perform his duties - and if he truly cared about passenger health and safety , as he claimed - he should have stayed home and called in sick, rather than exposing the cabin to his germs.
The flight was delayed multiple times. Breakfast was not served and only an apology given and statement that we could find better pastries in Paris. Seats were extremely narrow and uncomfortable.
We waited over 30 minutes for a gate in Chicago and more than 15 minutes for the doors to open. Cookies were missing from the menu.
Flight was 2 hr late but at least I was upgraded to first class
The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.
We were stuck with no gate upon landing for 90 minutes. Unacceptable.
My flight in Dallas had maintenance issues. Which caused us to missed our connecting flight in LA. We had to stay overnight in Los Angeles. American Airlines booked us a hotel. The hotel was the Holiday Inn. It was horrible. The whole hotel smelled like weed and there were people rambling all night long up and down the hallways. The carpets in the hallway and the room has stains. There was dirt on the floor. It was so nasty that I slept in my clothes.
The flight crew was rude. We were in first class and no one even offered water until an hour after we were in the air. Horrible experience
just overall disappointing, not a treat to travel these days....paying for Main Cabin Extra was not worth it.
