It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, happy and helpful. They tagged our bags and sent us to “bag drop off” but were not very clear about where that was. The airport was busy we headed off in what we thought was the right direction until a gentleman waved us down and actually came after us. He was the baggage handler for Delta and recognized our “deer in the headlights “ look-he brought us to the right area (which was marked as the Southwest Airlines Drop Off) and sent us on our way. Wonderful guy, low key and working with a big smile on his face. Loved it. Loved him.
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors
Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.
Very large passenger too space from my own seat. Arm board couldn’t be lowered because of his size. It wads very uncomfortable trip, as the flight was full couldn’t move anywhere having back pain because of the position in which I was the entire flight.
Cramped seating for me. Luckily it wasn’t a long flight
5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.
Not much food service - comfort + seat wasn’t that comfortable
The counter service folks didn’t show up until two hours prior to the flight. The check in machines didn’t work, ALL CLOSED. Slow service, few directions. The plane was clean, but the restrooms need work from a space standpoint. I am 5’8” and I had to bend down. Very cramped and I am a thin person. Too bad it’s “profit over people” corporate mentality…
Not a bad flight but a long delay boarding and taking off due to the pilot not arriving on time.
I would have preferred a flight voucher and to hop on a different flight. Delayed over 6 hours.
I almost missed my connection in Chicago due to having to wait on a gate to be open I am assuming. Having to run from E terminal to C terminal and I barely made it there before they closed the door. This may not be the actual airline's fault it's crazy how there is so little time between flight especially when they are placed so far apart in the airport.
The Wi-Fi did not work, so you weren't able to watch entertainment on your own device. They did not have wired headphones so you couldn't watch it on the in-seat entertainment screen either. There was plenty of time to do a drink and snag service but the flight attendants chose not to.
Great experience, boarding was fast and efficient, so much so that we arrived to Chicago very early
The flight did not have its customary snacks during the flight. Apparently they were never loaded on the plane.
As great a red-eye flight as red-eye flights can be.

Charging and entertainment didn't work. The meal was horrible. They only came by with the drink cart one time for the 8 hour flight. They did come by with water a couple times.
Flying First Class, the food could have been much better. The seat wasn’t very comfortable.
