The crew was excellent. The food was not good. I have taken many international flights and the meal was not good by comparison.
On both flights, TAP Air Portugal messed up the seating choices that I paid for. They acknowledged that I had purchased seating, that they were errant in ensuring my choices, but told me nothing could be done about it. When I asked to be refunded, I was directed to "talk to someone from Air Portugal" Mon-Friday, and then I was dismissed. No help, no phone number provided to me. I was very annoyed both times and feel cheated.
The worst thing was baggage claim. In my return flight I was waiting 90 minutes for my baggage. and when I asked the airport they said it’s the airline. So frustrating after an 8-hour flight.
Business class seats aren't comfortable. Food was not good.
Didn't make announcements during boarding, flight attendant seemed annoyed when I asked for water. Too many hours between flights. Confusing check in at the Lisbon airport.
Chaotic boarding with no announcements. Carry on luggage needs to be checked. Bare minimum zero frill flights. Not a whole lot of anything positive to be said .
It poured rain, our luggage was sitting out in it uncovered on the transport cart while our plane was delayed! Nice business class plane for short flight to Lisbon, but more delay & rain in Lisbon, with terrible Business class seat with no entertainment & cold food on longer flight to London…ALL LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES INSIDE THEM WERE SOAKED THROUGH!!! Could only try with hair dryer to get some drying before quick turn round to train trip.
Delayed at the beginning and the end and almost missed our connection

The crew was great. There was a big guy sitting next to me who was hanging over my side of the armrest the entire time. Maybe some information about "Be considerate of your neighbors, this is tight space, be kind". The breakfast sandwich was not appealing at all.
Enough seat availability for us to move a little and so sit together - but the flight was half an hour late
Easy short trip from Faro to Cardiff. Exceptional staff. Early landing and straight through airport in 15 minutes from touch down.
Ryan air is a scamming airline. They advertise that you have to follow they baggage policy and their employees just do whatever they feel like. My most recent flight, i checked to large bags and just paid for 3 cabin bags and priority. Apparently, according to the staff, they knew the plane had too full in the cabin. This meant they had to target a select number of bags to into the hold. Now, a normal airline just offers to take your bag at the gate for you, it is their mistake. Not Ryan air, they just tell you the wheel of your bag sticks out 2 cm, we will charge you almost what you paid to check your entire luggage immediately, then tell you it’s on you. I would have gladly paid to check in the bags in the bag check in, where they told me the bag was good to go. Never using this airline again. I used to enjoy the quick direct flights but I will never use them again.
I didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. The prices on the plane are extortionate (as are all prices on planes). Everything else was seemless and a great experience
I need assistance and I could not fault it at all. I suffer anxiety and I was always put at ease by assistance staff, and the banter was good. On board the staff was so very nice and kind and showed empathy. Thank you to them. It was my first time travelling since I lost my husband and was so grateful to them.
Food and entertainment were not available, so my rating on those items isn't actually correct. There should be a "Not relevant" or "Didn't use it" option.
Waiting outside for a long time is not really necessary
Guide passenger if fhey board from front or back door cause it was a total mess
The baggage wasnt uploaded to the plane, lost baggage handling is very poor.
I didn't know that all connecting flights require online check-in two hours in advance, so I was fined 55 euros. This is a lesson learned.
