More leg room for an international flight, it was very uncomfortable sitting in economy with minimal leg room, I was worried i would develop a blood clot.

Lufthansa‘s Crew was exceptionally polite, helpful, quietly serving food and performing tasks placed on them. I appreciate their professional attitude . I loved getting a pillow and a blanket, which had at other airlines been a problem. Food was served quickly, as well as drinks. Thank you for all the work you do!

Had to walk miles through Frankfurt airport , go through immigration and security again without any direction one where to find Lufthansa and when finally found Lufthansa service counter it was understaffed with long lines and confusion. By time we learned rebooking, we almost missed rebooked connections. So much for German organizing and efficiency."

Masses of passengers all attempting to transfer to US bound flights. Insufficient staff from both Lufthansa and German border control to process or even organize the masses of people flying that day. Mob scene at transfer points. Not up to LH usual standards. Quite surprising as their passenger volume data should have alerted them to impending problems. Our flight was delayed over an hour for takeoff so USA bound connecting passengers (whose luggage was already on the planes) could be processed."

My companion did use hers, and mine (also a first in many decades). Part of the bumpiness could have been due to a weather system but the plane's movement was jerky when taxiing in Boston. BOS-MUC used to be one of my favorite routes back when it was served by the A360. The new A350 is nothing special except for the entertainment system. Ironically the large screen seemed overwhelming due to the dismal distance to the seat in front."

The running was with all of my luggage. Because of the rebooking I was in the last row of 75 rows on a plane with an additional connection. Every flight had delays creating more chaos for the next flight. The only helpful airline in the bunch was Delta."

Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

In contrast, 'breakfast' was a muffin, small cup of sliced fruit, and a granola bar. For a flight leaving at 8:30 pm and arriving at 10 AM, I would think breakfast, not dinner, would get the emphasis. Did get some free wine with dinner."

The seat in front of me had weird legs that made the room under the seat smaller than other seats around me. So you couldn't fit in the carryon fully under it as you could under the seat diagonally from me, however, this ended up being a huge plus since I could use the legs of this chair in front of me as stepping places to place my feet during flight. Since airline does not provide foot rest, it was great to have this to elevate the feet for a long flight. More considerations should be give to provide footrest or at least these kind of foot elevations."
Cons: "The dinner and breakfast were a bit disappointing, but not bad and not a deal breaker at all since the rest of the flight was wonderful. I noted comfort as ok, but that's applies to all airlines - the seats in economy and no footrest is very uncomfortable, but that's on all economy flights, so no deduction of points there. I do want to note that I needed a boarding pass at the gate and stood in line for quite a while (I was first in line) before I was even acknowledged by a lady who ended up helping me eventually. But she was so cranky! (there were 2 ladies - one busy helping the crew and putting around barrier - she was fine, the other with a head covering (putting this hear just to distinguish the ladies as one was doing a great job)- not sure what she was doing, but she plainly ignored me standing at the desk in front of her, I didn't say anything, just patiently waited until she acknowledged me, and then she printed the boarding pass for me, but she was way to cranky to be in the job that she is in - no need for that kind of attitude."

Plane felt like it was thirty years old, smelt musky. Entertainment system screen looked like it had been sanded and was ultra low resolution.
The airport delayed sending our COVID test results. We were told it would be a 40 min process but it took over an hour. We got the results 5 mins after the gate closed and they refused to help us make our flight. We had to sleep in the airport floor overnight because they said the only thing they could do was put us on the next flight at 9:35am the next morning - they said that the ere was no way to switch us to another flight that night because we booked on kayak and not directly through the airline. The staffs attitudes were cold and unfeeling and a different staff member that was present but not directly trying to help us in any way was openly rude and vindictive.

However, this year, because of my children, I found myself on this airline again and had a very positive experience. The 747 provided a very steady flight experience. Personnel were reasonably helpful. Continue this kind of service - it will help you remain successful."

I tried to rearrange bags and coats quickly in the overhead to fit my pack but with people waiting behind me to get to their seats, I just decided to stuff my pack under the seat. It was sticking out a bit but the FAs didn't notice (or ignored it). I've heard recently on some flights that the FAs ask passengers to hold onto their coats until boarding is complete. Afterwards the FAs took about 90 seconds to walk the aisle and place coats in the overhead by passenger request in front of the luggage. I find this an efficient way for boarding to move a little quicker and get more luggage (and probably the same number of coats) in the overhead."

Pros: "The airplane had screens that tracked the flight progress, which was nice once we finally left."
Cons: "The delay leaving Boston caused me major ground transportation problems in Philadelphia. Also boarding agents did a lousy job getting people to check their carry on bags, knowing with a full flight they wouldn't have room. This further delayed take off."

Cons: "There was an unexplained delay of over an hour. More than that, I found the crew to be extremely rude for no reason. They were short with all responses and showed no care for passengers at all. I was very disappointed in their efforts"
