Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight

Good. Would be better if the carry on baggage was free.

Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.

Limited water service in a 6 hour flight offered at the very beginning and end of the flight.

They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

WestJet claims that tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as you kayak) they cannot make sure they mention the luggage situation. We purchased tickets that wouldn’t allowed any carry on. WHAT!? So ridiculous. We bought them and there was not one single place mentioning that. Then on our departure the WstJet attendant was a super nasty rude person. Very unprofessional, unpleasant. She should be reprimanded and given some sort of training but I believe that won’t change her nasty disposition. On our return was great, the front desk gentleman was really professional, friendly and helpful. He offered us to pay $18 usd each for our carry on backpacks as they were small (instead of $90 each at the departure, she could have mentioned but decided not to do so. Didn’t print my boarding pass with my full name as in the passport and made the flight delay because the crew needed to correct it).

Scrooge airlines spoiled my last chance at Christmas with my 95 and 92 year old folks. and rest of the family in Calgary. Ticket personnel would not let me on without a passport and I always visit Canada with my enhanced driver;s License when I travel from the US

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying

It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.

The additional charge for the WiFi was not worth it. Streaming a football game was a joke as it continued to lag will be requesting a refund

an absolute disaster and nightmare on air condition. IT WAS FREEZING!! everyone around us had hats, hoodies, gloves outdoor jackets on. that segment of the aircraft had a fault I assume...no amount of suggestion to turn down the air con helped. otherwise all good.

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

Everything was very good, short delay Toronto to Regina on my return to Canada but not a big deal. Thanks Kayak, Dr. Ian Stewart

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

Boarded smoothly, took off on time. Entertainment screens were reliable and the movie library is abundant. Food better than wtst was served on the first leg of the journey by another airline.

It was ok. Even after the airport bus took us to the terminal , we did not expect to walk 35 mins inside the airport to the gate . A 15 min walk is ok . Especially if there was any delay in TSA check which happens to is too then people can easily miss the flight.

Excellent bit seats are still a little too small and there's that $75 baggage charge.

Very disappointed with how we left Heathrow, and the service from Air Canada. When food was given, I was skipped by the attendant, and when I went to tell him, he just dropped the tray of food on my table. Leaving Heathrow and landing in Montreal were bad, which is not Air Canada’s fault, but the service itself was not good.

The crew and food were very good. The plane was dirty..

Had to buy headphones. Which is sad. I did not so I listened to podcasts and slept. Free beer is excellent a d those pretzels are great too. Overall I feel Air Canada slightly exceeds Westjet for overall experience. But still more can be done. Like allowing guests to view a movie for free.

The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.

Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.

Flights scheduled with impossible connections - Lufthansa apparently believes it takes 7mins to change terminals, go through passport control, re-clear security and walk 1.8kms…..and everything will work perfectly (which it never does at Frankfurt). No staff on hand to assist with transfers on delayed flights. No transfer guidance provided by app. No compensation offered for 6hr delay to connecting flight.

The flight was ok, the flight attendants were lovely, the movies were good, the food was ok, and I am just sad because my luggage didn't arrive with me in Iasi because the flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt was delayed and then I barely made the rest of my flights. Also, there was no real support once I got off each of the flights. There was nobody to ask about gate or where to be and for example when I got off in Vienna to catch the flight to Iasi there was no screen where I could read the gate and time of departure of the plane. I was going crazy trying to find the plane to Iasi and I barely made it. When my luggage finally arrived home it was broken. The handle was completely broken and that was not so good. I am in a visit here, in Romania, and I will have to buy a new luggage.

Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.

The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate

The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.

I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.

Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
