We were in the 11th row but they asked us to board from the back so we were stuck trying to get past everyone who was trying to get to the back of the plane...doesn't make sense and creates bad traffic
Flight delayed, gate changes twice. By the time I get to the new gate, doors are closed. Asked the desk staff for assistance given the gate change. Claimed they had no information and couldn't help. Said flight was already in the air. Flight actually departed an additonal 30 minutes after the original delay time. Cheap flights justify poor customer service according to easyjet!
