Cons: "They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it."

Pros: "Gate crew were very good at keeping us apprised of the status of the inbound plane and our estimate departure time. The flight crew were all very helpful and engaging. Not easy on a packed flight where too many people brought too many carry-on bags."
Cons: "I am a true-blue Air Canada customer but their checked baggage fees has created a disaster when it comes to boarding flights and getting planes in the air on-time. Many people had too many carry-on bags or very large carry-on bags so the time it took to board was ridiculous. Better rules need to be enforced with carry on (not that I blame people for trying, considering the increase in checked baggage fees) so that flights can be boarded more quickly and planes can take off on time."

Cons: "Air Canada sucks. Not only did they delay our flight by 2.5 hours, it took them nearly an hour to get our baggage claim!"

Cons: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Cons: "Upon landing, we made it through customs. Each step of the way when our tickets were scanned, we we told our flight had already departed... Even though we had a 4 hour layover. Even the boards showed the 8:55 pmflight had already departed.... At 5pm. Finally made it to customer service and they gave us the gate number and confirmed the flight didn't leave until 8:55. Then the flight got delayed 20 minutes. No problem, but after boarding we sat in the cramped and poorly cushioned seats for 45 minutes before takeoff because the plane needed servicing. Air jets would not turn off and my husband, who had a window seat, was freezing due to cold air constantly blowing around his feet. When we got off the plane he could barely feel his feet."

Cons: "Flight delayed - missed connection. Had to spend a night in Canada - it cut my vacation short in Paris by one day and had to re-organize my plans. Never again Air Canad - spoke with some apathetic ticker agents - did not care to listen. No options provided to us, Air canada made up their mind hours before we landed. Missed the connection flight by less than 30mins because of Air Canada shenanigans."

Pros: "The connecting flight was with air Canada. In general the flight was fine. Landed on a Saturday afternoon."
Cons: "What was not fine was the horror at the other end when air Canada lost my bag (which had my suit and prescriptions) and couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be delivered for over two days of calling between their service centre and one the ground people at Boston. The call centre was in India, no one in Boston would tell them what was going on. It should not take three days to sort, when the bag had actually been sent on the next flight (on Saturday evening) after the one I took. Fortunately, was able to borrow BP medication from a relative and ultimately had to spend money to buy new suit and clothes before bag finally appeared because I had business meetings for which I needed appropriate attire. Every other airline I gave flown where my bag was delayed was always delivered in 24 hours. This was not Brussels airlines fault, it was the fault of air Canada."

Cons: "Be prepared to pay for food. You do get offeted water or coffee or soft drink. No offer for a refill. No snacks."

Cons: "Food was grose. Seat was located on an emergency exit and supposed to be "preferred". Worst seat ever. Right next to the window is very uncomfortable since your stuck to the wall if the plane. Theres no window on that row. But this specific seat is awkward and very uncomfortable."

Cons: "Planes got messed up which caused groups to get separated. Plane went from a two aisle plane to a single aisle. They had some sort of excuse but I am sure it was primarily to save money since the flight was not full. In flight entertainment kept restarting and the head jack hardly worked. Flight was delayed over an hour due to the plane switch. Also, to top it off they had one attendant that was dutied out so we had to wait longer for another flight attendant. This should have already been figured out before. I have flown Air Canada a lot and this was just not like them. Quite disappointed."

Pros: "Nothing. I spent the whole 5+ hour flight cursing (in my mind) the entire Air Canada executive team. This was my first, and will be my last trip on this horrible airline."
Cons: "Not enough leg room. I'm assuming that all Air Canada executives are either very short people, or they've never tested their product. I've never flown on such an absurdly uncomfortable airline seat configuration, and I fly over 100,000 miles a year worldwide (including discount airlines in China!). If you have long legs, and your flight is more that two hours, DO NOT fly Air Canada Rouge. You've been warned!"

Cons: "One bathroom for all of the plane? Perhaps 1st class (tiny) has its own bathroom, but otherwise, the aisle was 10+ people in-line for the ENTIRE flight, as 1 bathroom. Really miserable for all concerned. Seats are too tight, entertainment system works only some of the time, seats old and uncomfortable. Did not seat family together (flight full). Overall, one of the worst long-distance flights I have ever had. Should not fly this kind of plane with this many people and not enough facilities."

Cons: "if i knew the name of the man i talked to at checkin i would make a complaint specifically about him. i lost my passport a few days before coming home and went to the united states consulate where they told me to bring a printed copy of my passport and the united states boarding patrol would let me back into the united states. the man at the checkin didn't want to let me through to even speak to the united states border patrol and told me the consulate was wrong. i almost missed my flight because of his stubborn arrogance. once past him i was able to explain what happened and show what identification I had and everyone was very nice to me."

Cons: "TV's did not work and the flight attendant bumped into me every time she walked down the aisle. Earphone plugs did not function properly. Outlet to charge my phone was missing."

Cons: "the flight was delayed for an hour in a terminal where 4 other flights were scheduled to take off at the same time. the flight was delayed for an hour, and then I sat in the plane for another hour. The staff in the airport were super rude and didn't seem like they cared at all. There was nothing express about this flight."

Cons: "Air Canada as well as WestJet charge exuberant amounts for local flights. They offer services and leg room of a budget airline while charging prices at the top range of a regular airline. Lack of proper competition in Canada allows Air Canada and WestJet to charge whatever they want since there are no other real options"

Cons: "I ordered a special lacto-ovo vegetarian meal ahead of time. They said they received the order, but didnt have my food. They said they would do their best but ended up giving me a plate of lettuce and bread. When I asked about the bread having dairy or eggs they said they didnt know, so I had to throw it out."

Pros: "The meal provision and drink service was very speedy, seats were relatively comfortable. No on-board video was available only wifi service through personal devices."
Cons: "We had a delay for 1 hour 20 minutes after boarding with no air conditioning. My other Air Canada flights also had no air conditioning while awaiting takeoff, and it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The crew tried to make it better by bringing cold water around as we waited but it was unbearably hot for a solid 30 minutes."

Cons: "AIR CANADA charged departure time after original reservation was made for our return trip to a later time that was inconvenient that resulted in a hardship driving for ( senior citizens) arriving home after a 4 hour drive from the airport to Ocala, FL.home arriving at 1 AM."

Pros: "The crew had a problem passenger in first class (I was sitting a few rows back on the other side of the curtain. I noticed that the flight attendant was quickly dealing with something in front but kept her calm and didn't disrupt the overall experience of the passengers. When we landed the police boarded and arrested the man. The people around me didn't even notice anything was going on. I congratulate the Air Canada crew for keeping their cool and they obviously get good training to help them out in these situations."

Cons: "The Gate agent was rude and fresh. At least 10 passengers told me they did not hear the boarding announcements until the final boarding was called. When I said to my friend as she was running toward the gate that we didn't hear the announcements. The gate agent told me I was the only one because all the other passengers did. I told him that wasn't true. He would not look at me and repeated to go down the jet way or I would miss the flight. Meanwhile more passengers were running for the gate. The message board message displayed "preboarding". I was sitting in the gate area for 40 minutes."

Cons: "We had confirmed reservations to go visit my daughter and son in law in Nashville. We had purchased tickets to see a concert in Nashville. We missed the concert and a full day of planned activities. We were bumped off the flight although we had confirmed reservations. So we decided to drive and incurred hotel charges. We will be driving back home and will incur hotel charges on the way home. We had to pay for gas and wear and tear on our car. This has been an awful experience."

Cons: "What got me was the 2ND flight where a very large lady who pulled out three different seat belt extenders out of her purse was sat next to me. I could serious feel her sweat on my leg the whole ride. If a seat belt extender is need then she should have had to buy two seats."

Cons: "Had to fly into Memphis instead of Nashville in order to make my event. United didn't even help me do it, I figured it out myself . Asked for a refund and they gave me $3. Had to drive 4 hours and rent a car for $75 just to make my event on time that I had planned months ago. United is a terrible airline and I will never fly with them again."

Cons: "Crew was a little short temperee but the plane was over a half hour late. Also, somewhere between Tucson and Nashville they played football with my suitcase and I ended up with broken gifts and a suitcase full of cookies from where thr damn container broke."

Pros: "The associate at the desk confused my flight for the next flight. I was given the wrong information and I watched my plane depart from the gate. Upon realizing that employees of that gate had left, and we're not coming back, I had to ask passing personnel about my flight to find that it left already and that I had already been rebooked without being notified. I now had to fly from Houston to Chicago to Nashville. The new flight boarded almost 2 hours later than expected, and upon landing in Chicago, I had already missed my connecting flight to Nashville by 35 minutes apparently. Unacceptable."

Cons: "People took my seat, family in front of me had tv blaring the entire time and flight attendants did nothing, child next to me threw up on me since there were NO bags in the seats. Took 45 minutes to get luggage. Never again!! And no free wifi?? $7.99 is ridiculous when most other airlines give it for free."

Pros: "The Flight Attendant who was in the back of the place was awesome and very caring."
Cons: "Someone was sitting in my seats and instead of making him move they made us move and tried splitting up my wife and 6 month old child about 4 rows apart. The air started blowing very hot air about halfway through the flight. Everyone was sweating and it was better to just turn the air off completely then keep it on. They tried taking care of it which helped for 5 minutes and then it started blowing hot again. Also the WiFi would kick you off after about 30 seconds and then make you go through a login that takes like 60 seconds. Needless to say... this was the first time I haven't flown Southwest in years... and with the kind of experience it's no wonder why it won't happen again any time soon."

I was shocked thank GOD I had my cane to walk With Nashville should watch who they hire But over all united rocks can't wait to get On another flight on united won't fly anyone else You took very good care of me"

The gate agents were rude and not helpful when we got in line to figure out how wee would all get to ORD. It was the most dissappointing travel experience I have had in a very long time."
