I have diamond medallion status and usually we are in comfort plus . We were in main this time ( which was fine ) and my husband wanted wine . I have at least 10 vouchers for drinks that are good for this year and next! The attendant would not take the picture of the voucher as proof and never came back to check as She asked me to pull it up on delta Wi-Fi. Instead my husband just used his Amex to buy the wine . Disappointing!!!
Food is basically Sun Chips, cookies or Cheezits. I had an exit row seat so I had plenty of room. The crew was very nice and efficient. Pilot kept us informed. Pretty good flight.
Air travel sucks. It continues to be awful for all airlines. No shame on delta alone.
It was Delta, but the flight attendants were stressful and disrespectful. I am a diamond member a travel weekly. I have not had a negative thing to share in quite some time. But this was noticeable.
Comfort Plus seat 11E seemed smaller than prior flights. The movie selection is good. Watched most of the most recent Tron movie. I'll watch the remaining part later as my movie is saved in the Delta Seatback Experience.
Flight was late from Newark to Atlanta, I asked flight attendant to please let my family of 3 out first when we landed to Atlanta because we were late for our connecting flight to Quito. She didn't and we were late for 5 minutes we couldn't board the plane and spend hours trying to get another flight with customer service for the next day.
I really liked the legroom. I am 6’4”.a at For some reason our seats were not together and using the app to fix it didn’t work. Passengers were nice enough to move for us but you should absolutely ensure a parent sits with their child.
Late delayed flight delays boarding and delays leaving and delays on arrival too. Cramped plane no room no food.
DTW line is too long. The flights from DTW to BWI are always delayed for unknown reasons.
Delta canceled our flight and we had to scramble to find another airline to get home. Phoenix is not a delta hub so they didn’t have another plane. It would have been a red eye though Salt Lake City. Getting in at 5am. No bueno.
Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.

Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

Once we got in the air the pilot made up some of the time of the delay. So that was really nice.
Flight delay and multiple gate changes including a change near boarding time to another terminal, which in DFW is a pain. Pre-boarding delay and also a further delay on the ground after boarding. About an hour and a half total delay.
On the plus side, crew was attentive, drinks were cold, and in-flight entertainment selection was better than some other airlines. On the negative aide, Plane was delayed almost an hour, either no announcements from the gate crew. Biscoff cookies are gross, appreciate airlines that give a choice. Also, crew had no personality or enthusiasm at all.

Tell the crew (when boarding) to yell at the imbeciles blocking us from walking up to scan. I promise everyone crowds around and half of us (most the time I’m group 4) have to push our way through. Your staff is awesome, the public - not so much-
Bags took over and hour to come out. Delays due to wind caused rebooking.
Services, food products, and crew friendliness on American Airlines international flights is mediocre compared to Emirates, Qatar, and Singapore Airways. American does not do much to differentiate its product on international routes. Its menu options are similar on international flights. American Airlines flight attendants do not call elite frequent travelers by their names; American Airlines flight attendants do not seem to be motivated to go above and beyond in the service they provide. American Airlines personnel do not seem to take pride in their work.
The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?

I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.

Experience was good, the wifi hook up is somewhat tough
I will not be flying with westjet again. I was uncomfortable in my seat. The position made my back hurt so bad. My wife was able to fit the seatbelt around her with out an extension but was unable to put the tray table down or fit in the seat for that matter. Our bag was smashed and I spent two hours trying to fill out the application for a damaged bag before I gave up. The 80 photos I took would not work and nothing telling me the format to upload them as.. I made the mistake of unpacking the bag before taking photos so no claim for me. Next trip to Canada I will have to use air Canada.
My luggage was damaged 1 wheel was out I can't find it nowhere
Took 3 hours to check in and drop off our suitcases. Half of the passengers were still in line by boarding time. The computer systems and staff were very slow. Staff were also disorganized and kept allowing later flights to skip lines. Suitcases were piling on that several other passengers didn't get their suitcases. Then, we were sitting in the plane for 2 hours and were told that the flight was overbooked. We missed our connecting flight and had to fly the following day but with a stop over. Good thing ONE WestJet customer rep was pleasant and actually knew how to do her job when we wanted to rebook to a direct flight. Thank you to Kim at Toronto airport. Terrible experience at PUJ. Won't go back to Dominican Republic.
Great seats, super comfortable, but no in flight entertainment which was a let down
Airplane is too small. Crew, especially the flight attendant who looked after our area, was not at all friendly and a touch authoratative. She may have been the most gruff flight attendant i've come across in 40 years of business travel
I when to Jamaica for my dad funeral and I did not get my luggage from westjet . I add to buy clothes putting me financial debt i did no want to be in Westjet did not call me to apologize are to inquire about my luggage I am still angry about it
Ground staff was not helpful, but staff at the business counter were excellent.
I selected "carry-on" for a round trip on Kayak, but my return flight on WestJet did not include a carry-on and they would not allow me to add one. My only option was to add a "checked bag" which I had to wait for on the luggage carousel after landing. Not a good experience.
We landed 26 min early. It was awesome! Smooth ride too.
My seat was covered in vomit and I will be reaching out to Air Canada
It's kindof ridiculous that your system is even asking me about this since my flight was canceled and I wasn't rescheduled.
3 hr delay at the gate while they were doing maintenance. Next time, do not board passengers while maintenance is being performed

The free Wi-fi for Aeroplan members was a great touch. The time passed quickly. I found the seats seemed a little closer together than I remember. Not Air Canada's fault, but we were about 20 minutes late landing because the airport was too busy. We had to circle around for a while. The boarding and disembarking went very smoothly.
It was crazy, boarded over a hour late from scheduled departure. Then when arrived in BNA issued with getting off the plane…over 1/2 hour. Not looking forward to flying Air Canada, ever again.
