Cons: The flight was delayed almost an hour due to inclement weather in the originating city. The Delta personnel explained the situation and did all they could considering the circumstances.

Cons: Clean the cabin more diligently. There was a open unfinished cup of soda and cookie wrappers in my seat back compartment

Cons: The boarding process was awful. The gate agent was extremely rude - was shocked she was representing Delta. There was police on board arresting two passengers and crew was not saying anything.

Cons: If they had noticed the first plane was extremely hot before boarding everyone and leaving the gate and if once they found a new plane they had bothered to put fuel in it during the hour we deplaned, walked to a different terminal, and reboarded. Also, if they had passed out drinks or snacks during the flight.

Cons: AA needs to be more prepared than delaying

Cons: Boarding is slow and awkward, with too many passengers with carryons that don't fit. AA did not enforce size restriction on carryon bags, nor help maximize bin space. Mainstream carriers really need to rethink boarding procedures. I've been spoiled by the speed of Southwest and the attentiveness of SWA staff to the process.

Pros: The flight was on time, the turbulence was minimal. Overall a smooth flight, and the attention of the flight attendants was great. We arrived about 25 minutes earlier than what we had to, which was great.

Cons: No free inflight entertainment. Did serve a beverage and a small snack. Crew and staff were friendly.

Pros: WARDA at the Miami Gate H07 was awesome. She went above and beyond. Everyone else was very helpful but you can get tell she does more than the norm. LOVE LOVE LOVE the free entertainment in the individual seats. Perfect for families!

Pros: Flight was fina s far as air travel goes today. If they are forcing taller people to pay extra for comfort they have succeeded as in the future I will have to look into "comfort plus. I am not large, 6'1" 180# and my knees were tight to the seat in front with my back tight into the seat. Not a great way to spend 4 hours!!!

Pros: When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights.
