Went in with low expectations based on other reviews/the fact that this is a budget airline, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smoothly, seats were comfortable, food was not bad for airplane food, and of course the price of the flight was fantastic. The only real negatives I can think of are that the plane is a bit on the older side (think 2012-ish era planes, not a huge deal), wifi is a bit expensive, and the movie catalog is mediocre. But that is to be expected on a budget airline (I was honestly surprised they had free movies). I would definitely fly again.

No organization when it came to checking in and boarding. If you have diet restrictions make sure to plan ahead.

Cons: "I would suggest not taking a middle seat if you are looking for comfort. Once people start to sleep you are completely stuck and no more reapect for personal space. Would definitely recommend an aisle or window seat on such a long flight"

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Despite stating in my search that I wanted a checked bag and pretty sure I added one during my ticket purchase, when I wanted to check in online I realized that the price I payed did not include any checked bag and I will have to pay extra for it at the airport. I also didn't receive the option to choose vegetarian food during the check in so I wasn't able to fully enjoy the meal provided by the company. On the plus side, we had enough space inside the plane to get 2 seats for ourselves and the seats were comfortable. The crew members were really friendly and helpful.

Business class is very poor , old seats with a iPad as tv…others companies offering better quality

Cons: "having proper maintenance on their old airplanes . Help their costumer if for techincal issue you had to cancel a flight for more then a week from miami to paris sept 18 /2019"
Cons: "At the time listed for boarding, there was still no information on the screen, which was anxiety-inducing. This meant that in instead of being able to leave our portion of the terminal (where there was no restaurants), we stayed there to make sure we didn't miss any information about changes."
Pros: "The crew was helpful and I was not lost as to what was happening, they were polite in dealing with us even though we missed our flight because air Antilles."
Cons: "The TV's were unresponsive, so the person behind me kept poking at the screen and hence at my head at various points during the flight"

Cons: "Didn’t have to pay a bag fee from Miami to Paris but had to pay 100€ each for two bags to come back?? Extortion and infuriating. Most likely will never use you guys again."

Cons: "The experience at the airport for check-in was terrible. The website would not allow advanced baggage check-in so we were forced to pay full price for an additional price of 100 euro (unbelievable) and then the credit card machines were not working so we were expected to go and find cash to pay."

It was cancelled. And Kayak/Kiwi pocketed the money. Competence, ethics and customer service would be an idea.

There was nothing to like about this airline and everything needs improvement

Pros: "Nothing the flight was super late and there was no communication as to why or even and announcement to say it was late. I missed my flight to France lost a night in a hotel and missed an important event on my itinerary."

Cons: "it was too hot at the waiting gate in San Juan and the flight was delayed for about one hour and fifteen minutes. the terminal building smelled of mold."
Cons: "the arrival process in San Juan was horrible. passengers walk in the sun towards immigration and customs is way too long. Standing and waiting in line at immigration without any immigration officer took almost 25 minutes. that was horrible."
