The crew was also very rude to fellow flight members. There was a small mix up with seats and instead of being nice to a lay they she was actually yelled at. The flight crew was very unpleasant."

Cons: "Diverted through a second security screening after landing in Miami from Kingston. We had only been sent a check in notification by AA for the first flight, which we opened the QR code and used to get on that flight. The scan however meant we had to have boarding passes ready and the QR code did not work for the second flight and AA did not send a check-in email for the second flight for us to use. We had to run back through the airport and check in for the next flight. Almost missed our flight due to flawed system."

Received multiple calls from Avianca but all in Spanish until fifth one in English hung up once we confirmed we understood there was a delay. Staff communicated different directions. Only one cafe to wait in. Substitute breakfast served was underwhelming. Plane was incredibly dated with life vests strewn about/not tucked away. Upon deboarding, incredibly unclear that we had to completely exit and go back through security, meaning we had no time between flights for the restroom or to buy water."

However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing."

SOUTHWEST WOULD NEVER BLOCK A PAYING PASSENGER BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CHECK IN 20 MINUTES EARLY. I PAID $600 FOR THAT FLIGHT AND WATCHED IT SIT ON THE RUNWAY WHILE I WAS BLOCKED FROM BOARDING. IT WAS 20 FEET AWAY FROM ME IN THIS TINY AIRPORT. MY CO-WORKER WAS ABLE TO GET ON, BUT I WAS A COUPLE OF STEPS BEHIND BECAUSE OF RETURNING THE RENTIAL CAR."

Pros: "We missed the original flight on American Airline because of security check tie-up. Fortunately American Airline helped us board Bristish Airway 3 hours later flight."
Cons: "British Airway flight 269 on 3/24/17 was lousy and toilets were filthy. I fell asleep and missed the meal. When I pushed the help button, nobody came for 10 minutes until I grabbed a steward passing by. Then I used the nearby toilet once, the floor was wet and the toilet papers were almost totally out. I was so disappointed by the experience that I will not recommend BA to any friends."

Thankfully the attendant opened the door for me to get on. I am on a 10 day leave from the Marine Corp. so every hour counts, it's frustrating to lose time at the airport. Also, my luggage didn't make it on the connection."
