Cons: ON ticketing at New Orleans I wasn't allocated a seat number. At the gate shortly prior to boarding I needed to attend the desk for that allocation. I was also not told which Terminal the plane would go to in LAX and which terminal the connecting flight would be leaving from. They were not sure! Consequently I floundered around at LAX wasting time and bothering people for information that should have been known to me. The security checks are over the top and inconsistent in the US.

Cons: The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process.

So I had to purchase a one way, First Class ticket from Dallas to Tampa so that I could get home before the hurricane hit. Cons: I did not like the fact that I have been with Delta for years and their response to me about booking my flight and using the payment method was they are working on it and there is nothing they can do. They would not even offer to hold my flight for 24 hours in case they fixed the issue within that time frame. It was very disappointing.
Pros: It was actually a flight from new Orleans to Detroit. Seats were assigned at the gate for myself and many others. It seemed like the gate agent didn't care where she assigned guests who were travelling together as several people were not able to sit with their travel companion. Once I was on the plane I however switched with someone to allow them to sit next to their companion and put me closers to mine. Everything else went smoothly.
Cons: No entertainment available at all. There were empty seats available and passenger next to me in the aisle seat was not offered to move--she fell asleep with her legs crossed and kept kicking me in the middle seat--I was traveling with the window seat passenger.

Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!

Cons: Our flight was delayed due to bad weather in Phoenix. The agents when we landed in Phoenix were remarkably unhelpful when it came to rebooking our flight. When I finally got LA after flying into another airport instead of my original destination, it was ridiculously painful to file a claim to get my bag which had gone to LAx. After filing the claiM I waited several Hours then decided to call And that's when I realized they hadn't even scheduled my bag for delivery though I was told that spas already taken care of. I had to go get my bag myself.
Cons: It was very delayed which I understand happens but then we arrived in San Francisco and were delayed on the runway because of the gate. I think at this point moving us to an open gate would have been nice - we had been delayed for so long - my 8 year old daughter was really having a hard time. Instead we had to sit and wait for 20 more minutes once we were on the ground. This seems avoidable to me.
Cons: The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA.

Cons: Allegiant has an obscure boarding policy that shuts down online and in-person check-in 45min before departure. We got to the Allegiant desk 35min before departure to get our boarding passes and no luggage to check, and were told we missed the flight because check-in wasn’t allowed anymore. That policy should be made very visible and clear to anyone buying tickets on Allegiance as no other airline does that to passengers. We lost 4 tickets and had to buy tickets for a flight the following day. Horrible experience!

So I cancelled and only then did I find out that once I booked it through their site I could not get a refund for the car and I could only get a voucher for use on one of their flights! And only after they take out any fees and costs that was accrued! So angry!

Cons: flight was late because of a "valve issue" in terminal, then on the plane pilot tells us its a computer issue and just needed to "reboot" plane computer because it's a computer with wings. Not sure if either of those reasons were true.
Pros: Smaller airports make travel easier, and more relaxed. No frills--to get even water on the flight you'll pay for a bottle. Personnel all tend to be friendly and helpful. With Allegiant I've learned to pack lightly and plan travel carefully. It's been worth it as I have been able to see friends and family more often. We even took an impromptu vacation this year when we found a great deal on airfare.

They switched planes so the majority of the people did not have a seat because the plane did not have any B seats. It would have been nice if ANYONE had made that announcement before we boarded to avoid confusion. Also, the fees are ridiculous! Your app is not user friendly at all! Who the hell charges for a carry on bag?! Are you kidding me?! The directions on the app made it sound like the $17 charge was for an additional carry on item, not the allowed one carry on item. So, when we went to check in and I was told I would have to pay $50 for my mother's carry on, it was livid! Also, are you serious with the $5 fee to print a boarding pass? I will NEVER fly with Allegiant Air again. That is absolutely unacceptable. I will say that the staff was pleasant but the airline is inept and inefficient. The reason I will never fly this airline again because of what a rip off the fees are. Allegiant Air, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Cons: I upgraded to first class in order to have a couple adult beverages but the flight attendant decided to hide and eat her meal before serving the passengers. We were more then Hal way before she made her rounds with drinks. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Cons: After 5 delays, 10 text alerts for boarding and gate chances flight cancelled with no rescheduling assistance. Did not have customer service representative tell us the flight was cancelled had to call 1-800 number. It was horrible.

Pros: I was extremely late getting to the airport due to traffic accidents. The crew held the door open for me after security let them know I was there. I am truly thankfull!

Cons: Switched from ANA to an ANA operated by United. I wish we could have stayed with ANA. Legroom was shorter by at least 3 inches, so knees hit seat in front. Made for an uncomfortable flight, reminding me of why non-US carriers are the better way to go
Pros: The person sitting next to me...that were pleasant.
Cons: That when I explained being hearing impaired the boarding attendant said my carry on needed to be checked. I didn't understand her and proceeded to the loading blank. Then when boarding the attendant informed me. I explained I checked my bag in the airport compartment tester and it was fine. I also asked the attendant at the counter. She confirmed it was fine. Still smiling until the snack pretzels were passed out. When I didn't hear the attendant's question, in spite of telling her I was hearing impaired, she threw her hand up rudely and just continued on to other customers. When boarding I watched orhers board with the same size bag as mine, and wondered if telling someone you can't hear gives them the right to inform you at the gate that your bag needs to be checked?

Cons: First of all the flight was delayed for hours for no reason then the plane got packed because it was delayed so they kept on selling tickets to fill up the plane because the plane was half empty all of a sudden the plane was full of people no more chairs I tried to get the exit row from where you do a check in to get your pass to go through security my credit card was not being excepted nothing wrong with my credit card it worked totally fine in the airport restaurants and for other uses I had to use for but it would not work to upgrade my seat to an exit row united is the worst airline ever seen in my life I am a little bit big for normal size I totally understand that but when you have people that are big like me not that big I'm only 61 230 pounds I was put all the way in the back would not be able to fit in my chair for a four hour flight and when the plane had three exit rows available and the crew for their flight 395 United from Chicago to O'Hare October 18 I will never forget this day totally beautiful day in the city Chicago United Airline decided to delay to make more money I understand it's good business but there are people arranged for the flight do you have available of time therefore now the plane is totally full understand you're trying to make more money this is not the worst of it here comes so when I asked to get the extra chair because my credit card was not working when I got my pass to go through security at that point the exit chair was $67 to upgrade I was totally afford was willing to pay because I understand my size but then when I got to my flight into my airplane that's the airplane Stewart to allow me to get a extra chair and I told her I would pay for it then the lady came and told me a ridiculous price told me $149 not acceptable was not able to afford double the price when I already purchased a ticket and was willing to pay the $67 that's one issue on how the plane flight started when we are sitting on the runway for over one hour and not moving something is wrong with the plane they're saying then we should not be waiting over four hours of delayed then we should've been put in on a new plane fine you're looking to make more money this is good business whoever was the decision-maker of tonight needs to be fired from United or O'Hare airport when all of this is going on don't forget now I am the last seat on the airplane but cannot fit in my seat my knees are smashed against the seat the seat that's not decline it is the last row in the airplane now i'm totally not comfortable that's fine so now the store is giving drinks and taking orders for people to eat or order their food when the story gets towards the back she says we are totally out of food packs we only have snacks which is peanuts after a delay of an airplane I think you should understand it's obviously the people are hungry in the airplane for your mistake there are kids that were on the airplane crying there was a lot of chaos in this flight

Was told we would get a voucher for the hotel but only got $10 voucher each for lunch which did not cover lunch. Had to stand in a line for an hour to check in even though we did not have luggage. All in all, a very frustrating experience.
