I was booked to travel from Dallas to Nairobi via Chicago and Brussels and had been issued boarding passes for all three segments of my journey. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. Flight was on time and got us to destination quicker than scheduled.

It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.

The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.

I have very bad experience with United because Vince two weeks that I did not receive my luggage yet

The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.

Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.

Pretty standard. Crew was helpful and friendly. Plane was clean and food was good.

It's good but not enough entertaining you have to have your iPad

Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.

My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.

Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.

A/C temp. was way too cold during the flight.

Flight was extremely delayed and they didn’t feed us for a 4 hour delay

Plane took off 90 mins late, on board entertainment was not working, cabin crew was not frequent.

Very good flight. Delayed but no due to any fault of the airline. Food service is half a sandwich and crackers with a chocolate pot for a 5 hour flight so eat before boarding.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.

Did not refund airfare, cancelled fue to war in the Middle East. Trip insurance was useless.

Entertainment depends on on-board wifi (no seat monitors) but wifi was not functining
