Pros: "much improved food quality and entertainment quality then previous international flights on AA."
Cons: "Delayed takeoff by 1 hour waiting for a crew to fly in. Upon crew arrival, new crew member states that there are standby crew available and he's not sure why they didn't call on them. Then we continued to wait for 3 more passengers who were delayed and now had a chance to board our flight. Once landed, gate was occupied by yet another flight running late so we waited for 15 minutes to get to the gate."
Pros: "The flight was on time, nice crew."
Cons: "Only pretzels and drink on a 2.5 hour flight."
Pros: "High end entertainment system."

Cons: "For the planes first flight of the day the crew deicing process caused a 75 minute delay. On return flight at 10:15 pmwe waited on the runway for over 30 minutes because the ground crew wasn’t ready. There were no other planes in or out anytime near our landing"
Pros: "Boarded too early and left late. Long delay waiting for bus to terminal in DC"
Pros: "The crew were friendly and did their job effectively"
Cons: "Lack of seat space Planes seemed old Minimal overhead storage room—carry on fits all other airlines overhead but struggled to get bag in compartment Also, no help from crew with this Seats recline nearly into lap of person behind"
Cons: "Departed late and missed connection due to an overage of fuel. The crew took an additional 45 minutes to defuel the plane of 8000 gallons. Wth?! Have to stay overnight in Chicago now."
Cons: "After being delayed without any explanation, I was told that I would not have my purchased 1st Class seat. To add to that I received no service In economy."
Pros: "Timely and comfortable flight!"
Cons: "I don't like the fact that American Airlines try to get me to put my small carry on bag below both ways in the cargo area it is against FAA to have batteries down there. I have 30,000.00 in cameras and they tried to get me to do this both times saying the bag will not fit. The Flight Attendant each time say that it fits JUST FINE! I'm going to try to avoid American Airlines as much as I can!"
Pros: "My flight wasn't completely full, so I had a row to myself. The pilot was excellent; takeoff and landing were very smooth."
Cons: "I had to gate check my luggage because of the small plane size. Had I had a shorter layover this could have caused an issue for me."
Cons: "No individual TVs, electric plug nor WiFi"
Cons: "Never made it on the flight because of delays. We got on the plane then had to disembark"
Pros: "The plane was so modernized. Loved the fact of the inflight movie options!!"

Pros: "Boarding was very quick, they called the groups quickly with no lag time in between."
Cons: "I think this was the most cramped airplane I have been on. It was so uncomfortable and I would think that they would take this into consideration since it was a red eye flight."
Pros: "crew was nice. Plane seemed new with nice seats. Entertainment was nice feature."
Pros: "On time flight, bags made it fine and didn't miss even though we had a short layover"
Pros: "Sittings on the tarmac for 90 minutes no airs no waters. 114 degrees"
Cons: "The very least employees should offer customer some waters to cool of"
Cons: "We were rushed onto the plane to sit on the tarmac. After waiting to take off for 45 minutes, we were told that our route had been closed and they were looking into other options. This was a flight from NYC to DC, route is closed? Once we finally got into the air, all was good."
Pros: "Everything was fine except it was inexplicably late!"
Cons: "It was over 30mins late for no reason!"
Pros: "Courteous crew, easy experience smooth "get in and get out" process"
Cons: "Flight was late due to weather but that's beyond anyone's control obviously"
Pros: "The flight was short and on time."
Cons: "Airlines should board from the back first. That would eliminate all the jostling of passengers already seated in the front, as well as the clogging of aisles as passengers trying to load their bags into overhead bins or under seats bar the way for passengers with seats behind the people blocking the aisles. It would also make it easier for flight attendants to get to passengers who need assistance. Seats are too narrow for the size of most American passengers. The people next to me on both my flights took up part of my space and pressed against me because their upper bodies were too large to fit in their seat space. Paying to check a bag on a domestic flight is very irritating."
Cons: "Flight was late. AA charged me for an exit row seat, but assigned me a non-emergency exit row window seat. Wi-if did not work."
Pros: "The new airplane was nice. The plane that we took to Hawaii was so old that it still had ashtrays and was super dirty."
Cons: "For some reason American has not given us any seat assignments in our trip home and all the gate agents are very unfriendly and not in HR least bit helpful."
Pros: "Flight attendant was hilarious, personable, and caring."
Cons: "I reserved an aisle seat but somehow was assigned a window seat when I checked in. Sat next to a very large man and now my back and neck hurt from being cramped next to the side of a curved fuselage."
Pros: "That it was a short flight."
Cons: "Small plane. I had to gate check my standard size carry-on bag because the plane was so small. Waste of a first class flight. How and why is there even a category for entertainment? There is no more entertainment unless provided by yourself. Even the free wifi is bullshit! I was given a warm beer! First class is not worth the money."
Cons: "Got cancelled"
