No wifi, seems to be very common with Southwest currently. Everything else was normal.
Flight was delayed by 2 hours, meaning that a flight to Dwnver which should have arrived at 11pm came into the airport at 1 am. Made for a very long day.
Great job! My family doesnt fly often but we felt safe 100%
Flight was constantly delayed with significant changes in time, it was supposed to get to Colorado Springs at 8:30 PM but it got there after midnight.
I don't know why flying out of Sarasota requires two plane changes.
First time I've had to use the disabled accommodations. And I could not have had a better experience with Southwest, i was having trouble getting from one terminal to another due to my heart failure. And the next thing I know a Southwest agent had made sure. I had a wheelchair at all my flights. Can't thank them enough.
The new seat assignment thing is wierd. If you don’t pay for a seat they always assign you a middle seat regardless of how many people are on the flight. Idk… the new company that bought Southwest is trying to make it more profitable, but I’m just not seeing it. The flight attendants aren’t having as much fun anymore. It just feels like the airline is slowly dying. IMO. We shall see if Southwest is the next Toy’s R Us.
The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.
Plane was late. Zero service for 2+ hour flight and it was not that bumpy.
I have roller bag with food and medication told me I couldn't bring on my 2nd flight today. 15 years flying with SW never an issue with that bag.
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.
Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.
Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.
There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.
It was terribly delayed with zero support from united airlines. I reached at 1 am in the night. They did not provide any option to change the flights.
Awful. Delayed flights, missed connection to Toronto. Hotel vouchers were for already booked hotels x3. Giant waste of my time
For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.
My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
boarding announcements werent clear/loud. Tired of those cookies. Of the 3 staff/attendants, 1 was good and the other 2 were mediocre.
It was good overall but when I book my flight and seat through Kayak, AA will at times change those seats during check-in time which I don’t understand why. I always book aisle seats and had to sit at window for my flight to Austin this trip.

This flight was of course delayed because American cannot have flights that are not delayed.
I sat at the airport all night from 8 pm until midnight. The airline kept delaying the flight. They also kept moving us to different gates - 4 times. Then they told us we didn’t have a pilot so we had to wait. Then they cancelled the flight at midnight! I ended up having to rent a car to drive home. So i ended up not even being able to fly on the flight i paid for. Ridiculous, and no agents could help at all. I will not ever book this flight.
It was delay after delay. Kept changing gates too. Not a good experience.
