Pros: "Pro-free wine!"
Cons: "Can-food not the best..."
Pros: "Entertainment. GoGo did not want to work for me at 1 he before arrival."
Cons: "Give me a coupon for food before takeoff or on arrival. Skip the CupofNoodles. After Japan and Shanghai, cup of noodles seem really in bad taste."
Pros: "The crew were very good. In any case, I shall fly with AC again."
Cons: "Lining up to check in with bags. The customers were "sorted" but I finished up on a very long line with only one person serving; after 30 minutes, that person just wandered off, presumably for a break. We, on the queue waited for 15 minutes for a new person to return. When it was my turn to check in the process took no more tan 30 seconds whilst for others it had taken 10 minutes and more. Dreadful experience. The choice of entertaining films was limited on my flight; normally AC has a wide choice."
Pros: "The flight to Santiago was good.. everything flowed well and there were no mess ups from air canada."
Cons: "on the way home from Santiago to Toronto, Air Canada made an error and did not check my bags al the way through to my final destination and made me go back through security and customs and re check my bags.. making it so I missed my connecting flight home and lost my job! I had to work that day and the mishap completely threw mms schedule off and costed me my job."
Pros: "Take off take off and landings were on time or early."
Cons: "I could not find the AC outlet that was supposed to be there. I only noticed under the seat When deplaning."
Cons: "Both ways delayed, aircrafts dirty, no food as usuall and no customer service"
Pros: "For coach the flight was comfortable. Had enough leg room but 8 hours on a plane is taxing under the best circumstances."
Cons: "The attendants were professional but didn't seem to find any joy in their work. The food was barely passable."
Pros: "Wine with dinner. A pillow and a blanket. Free ear buds."
Cons: "The food is atrocious. A nitrogen-wrapped muffin for breakfast? Too crowded. Check-in and boarding in Montreal was chaotic."
Pros: "I watched incendies and lion and both were great films so I commend your film options. The crew were all pleasant and the flight itself was good."
Cons: "The chairs have no low back support. I rolled up my sweater and put it behind my low back because the chair is so poorly designed. It seems to encourage a slouched position. maybe you have it that was to encourage people to upgrade their tickets. I hope that's not the case as that would be cruel."
Pros: "the cew was nice"
Cons: "The terminal had no food options at all when we were in a very delayed flight and hungry. We were not given seats ahead of time and therefore were assigned the last row which was very uncomfortable and could not recline. No one was at the desk to help with the seats for a Very long time. The boarding process was not good."
Pros: "I hated both my trips with Air Canada. I payed extra for a better seat and the one I got was dirty. The tv was NOT working. On top of the 5 hours delay, I hated all the experience. The attendants messages is never clear and focus. It's like Air Canada is employing teenagers with NO work etics or professionalism. I am a frequent flyer and will NEVER flew with Air Canada again. The cheap ticket is not worth the cheap aircraft and cheap service I received."
Pros: "Very nice plane, great service and smooth flight."
Pros: "Each had own entertainment screen per passenger"
Cons: "My luggage was left in Houston and that was very inconvenience. And it took a day and a half before it came."
Cons: "Special meal was horrible."
Pros: "Friendly service is so important to me - and the staff and flight crew at Air Canada met all my expectations. I had the displeasure of flying United on the way to Seattle and I must say the service at Air Canada is far above!"
Pros: "Food good Choice of movies pretty good"
Cons: "Suitcase damaged No one in Detroit to process claim Amount of wine offered was somewhat meager for such a long flight"
Pros: "Good boarding procedure"
Pros: "I liked that I was able to pick my seat. I love the exit row."
Cons: "Being woken up. But it was for a good reason. Personal safety."
Cons: "Air Canada closed the door ten minutes before departure although the knew we were in the terminal trying to get to the gate. Air Canada charged us $315 for a flight two hours later."
Pros: "Very smooth easy flight there were no delays!"
Pros: "The crew was excellent. Professional and attentive."
Cons: "The only real complaint I had was the over head compartment was much too high and I was too short to reach."
Pros: "mediocre food, satifactory"
Pros: "The service was good."
Cons: "The children screaming 70 percent of the flight. The person in front of me throwing up. Just very uncomfortable."
Pros: "Same s above"
Cons: "Airplane quality Seat dimensions Food quality Allowing passengers to sit where they pleased Dysfunctional entertainment system"
Pros: "I had a five year old and an eleven year old traveling with me and was able to board early and get them settled before everyone else got on."
Cons: "We didn't see much of the flight attendants and my grandson became ill. We could have used more water throughout the flight as that may have prevented him from getting sick."
Pros: "It was better then the trip to Toronto"
Cons: "Waiting over 72 hours and my bag has still not arrived. Both planes were delayed, even with the 2nd flight being delayed I still had to run in order to make it. Being on time is not something Air Canada has figured out."
Pros: "The entertainment selection was decent."
Cons: "Pretty much everything was a bad experience from start to finish. The flight was delayed a half an hour which is fine and can be understandable. The space in the seats was almost criminal for an 8 hour flight. Pretty the equivalent of having people shoulder to shoulder. Impossible to try and sleep on an overnight flight. During mid flight I noticed that I had a lot of trouble breathing and thought it was just me. My wife said the same thing to me and someone on the flight needed medical assistance for oxygen. It was extremely hot the whole flight with no ability to control the air flow which made it even worse. The entertainment selection was good however the device was almost unsable because it was very laggy and it wouldn't select what you wanted. It was easily the worst experience I had and I only really went into some of the details. Having trouble breathing was by far the worst part and I couldn't believe it. My flight back was glaringly better so I'm perplexed by why this was so bad."
Cons: "The airport in Montreal was confusing for continuing flights - lines not labeled well and too long"
Pros: "The first meal on my return flight was correct"
Cons: "The second meal had cheese in it and I took a bite before I noticed. They gave me a new one but didnt seem bothered by it. Dietary restrictions NEED to be taken seriously, thank god I'm not, but some people are deathly allergic. This wasn't the first time they messed up my food either."
Cons: "When boarding the plane, they called the zones too quickly. Then there was an Air Canada representative giving bad directions to the passengers as to where to get in line. Then she got annoyed and was disrespectful to the passengers as they were trying to get in line. She needed to give better directions or change the way they called the zones. Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto."
Pros: "Decent legroom"
Cons: "Food, low quality and low choice entertainment"
Pros: "Great food and great service. Not much leg room in the 'free' seats but the flight crew allowed us to move to an empty row so we had lots of room. Would definitely fly with them again."
Pros: "Great Crew. The entertainment package was very nice."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for hours first without any communication, later with very unclear communication. Spent multiple hours at the airport just to have to fly out next morning at 6:30am. Wasted day, wasted night. Delays can happen, but according to the finally communicated cause this could all have been communicated early on (crew not available in Cleveland, that was two flight legs earlier)."
Pros: "One bag did not arrive."
Pros: "Cost of the ticket."
Cons: "Very cramped seating, bad food (a slice of greasy banana bread for breakfast?), lights on too late. AC needs to alert travelers to the differences between Rouge and regular flights."
Cons: "11:45pm flight delayed by over two hours! Boarding was unorthodox and time consuming given the arrival of the delayed flight. Due to the delayed arrival of the aircraft at Los Angeles, the gate assignment was given to another aircraft and we had to board a bus and be ferried to a remote field at LAX that was literally 15 minutes a way by bus in order to board the flight to Toronto. The boarding process was incredibly time consuming and inconvenient. Flight ended up departing Los Angeles at 2:15am."
Pros: "Security and.boarding were pretty smooth. Flight was not full so extra seats were available. This flight was direct Toronto to Rome which was nice, previous flights stopped in JFK which meant additional security and immigration screening"
Cons: "One of the entertainment terminals wasn't working, switched seats"
Cons: "No food on a five hour flight. Had to buy food this is nickeling and dimming people. They made me miss my connecting flight we sat around in tarmack and no explanation given."
Cons: "Temperature too cold in the airplane Ipads to rent (no screens)"
Pros: "2 seats together"
Cons: "no wine with dinner awful service felt we were bothering the staff movies on AC app were awful food was awful damaged brand new luggage and said they didn't cover the damage awful awful awful"
