Cons: "The FLIGHT!!!!! There were delays. Scheduled take of time was 6:59 PM. We took off at 735 PM. Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

Pros: "But, this wasn't bad at all, even though we were on the very last seat of the plane. We were next to one of the flight attendants during take off and landing and she was very kind and we were speaking with her. The flight was smooth"

Cons: "I purchased a first class ticket in hopes that I would have a lot more comfort during the flight. It took me quite some time to get comfortable. The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

I didn't like that my flight time was changed more than 15 times with no reason why until boarding time. I didn't like the fact that I did not get a seat assignment until boarding the plane. I didn't like the fact that they couldn't manage to scramble another plane and crew, but instead forced us to wait over four hours for one that was stuck somewhere else in the country."

I missed my connection to Madrid from Chicago because the airline lost the plane that was already at Chicago. My luggage arrived in Lyon 3 days late and I was never given any information on reimbursement for the clothes and toiletries I had to buy."

Cons: "LHR-JFK was on an older, more claustrophobic plane. Flight crew had a hard time keeping passengers in check, and there was a lot of yelling. The cabin got quite hot, so we were relieved to get off the plane. Older screens made it difficult to enjoy media."

Cons: "I was told that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. When I got on the plane I found that the overhead bins were ample sized for my hiking pack. I know that British Airways has a policy regarding bags in overhead bins that basically says 'if you cannot lift your bag into the overhead bin un-assisted, you must check your bag.' My husband and I are both experienced hikers, we lifted our packs unassisted on the last plane, yet they forced us to check our bags. I'm glad our bags made it to the UK, but this is literally the first time I've checked a bag and had it arrive. Also, the boarding passes sent to me on my phone were rejected by almost every security/boarding check. This is after BA supposedly fixed their error with the previous boarding passes. Overall not pleased with the experience but glad I paid under $300 for my ticket."

Cons: "My husband and I paid a combined $100 to reserve seats on our flight from LAX to London. When we got to check-in at LAX airport we did not get our reserved seats. Everything had been changed around. We did not even have seats next to each other. Upon complaining at arrival in London (there was no time at LAX to deal with this, as usual that airport was one chaotic mess) we were given a British Airways business card with a phone number that did not work/had been disconnected. I would like to get the $100 reservation fee back. Thank you."

Pros: "The communication of information for the flight by the flight attendants before boarding. Our flight was delayed by 1hour because of bad weather condition in London and the cruise communicated very well about it."

Fortunately, mine worked well but I would not have survived such a long flight without the entertainment offered, so I can only imagine how painful it was for those affected. I know this, in hindsight, is a silly problem, but when flying it's important to have options, especially for an 11-hour flight. The crew handled it fantastically, by the way."

Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Long, boring flight with no entertainment..... not what we are used to these days."

Pros: "I just wanted to say that on all my flights the BA crew has been beyond amazing! On my flight to Paris, one of the crew members who spoke French ( which I do not speak) talked to a couple of French women that were sitting next to me. He got them to show me where the train was, I was very appreciative that he would do that. On my flight back to Charlotte one of the crew made it feel like home, she was so outgoing and helpful, she just seemed like a friend I was hanging out with for the flight."

Cons: "Dirty cabin, chairs, and trays. The stewards clearly find it want to be there and it showed in their lack of professionalism, appearance, and service delivered. First class is more like budget class but you board first. Dishes were dirty and and blankets full of hair."

Agents were completely unhelpful over the phone, went to the airport agents at ticketing counter were also unhelpful and threw up their hands like there was nothing they could do to help us. Finally had to switch to Delta and got to Chicago at 1AM EST, missed the wedding."

Pros: "First off - thank you for putting food back onto what you offer when people fly united. It's a drink and a small snack. It's not much to ask, so I appreciate them putting that back in. I also liked the wifi which allowed me to check where my flight was in the air for free. Overall, I will say united is much improved from where it was - though I'd appreciate some free entertainment."
Cons: "Boarding was a little bit of a mess with our flight. We had a LOT of people on standby that were standing in the boarding lines because no one was communicating to them where they should be and where to go. This is something that should be worked on by them."

Cons: "I did not like having to check my carry on after all. I was told the overheads were full so I could get it in Baggage after the trip. For health reasons I did not want the trip to baggage and I did not want to risk my bag being lost. I drive 3 hrs o the airport and I did not want to drive back or wait 3 days for a lost bag to be sent to me as I have before. The person at the gate was rude when I said you won't lose my luggage will you? he said Probably. I said really, and he said well you did ask."

I passed 8 more wheelchairs that were not being used. Very rude airport employees. I had to use an escalator and almost fell."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over 3 hours, putting me home at 4:00 am, instead of my planned 12:30 am. At that point, I wish I had booked a flight for Sunday. I was stuck in the ohare airport for hours while stores and restaurants were closed, without wifi, and tired. Then I had to wait for my paid checked bag once I landed in Charlotte."

They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."

Pros: "The flight itself was smooth and the crew kept passengers well informed. Beyond that, not much to report it serviced as a mode of transportation but not an experience."

Cons: "I was due to fly from London to Entebbe via Brussels. Sixteen hours after boarding the flight, I am still in Brussels. We try to complete the assignment another day. My criticism was the overoptimism of the captain how quickly things would happen and on arrival in Brussels the total unpreparedness of the ground staff to cope with half a plane load of people with connections having missed those connections."

They only had a couple of agents to check a full plane and one was dedicated to business class. They said it was to save costs !! Flight was delayed and upon arrival no finger so long wait to deplane again."

Cons: "The flight departure was delayed 1 1/2 hours, meaning we arrived in Rome at nearly midnight. No complimentary drinks on board. As a Star Alliance Gold member, I chose Brussels Airlines out of loyalty. But the cheap approach to customer care means I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."

If your ticket says your last destination is us. And i did not even got a full refund for their stupid mistake. Lack of information. You guys should be more careless for your customers."

Cons: "Having games on the monitor is not a good idea because people are constantly pushing on your headrest!"

Pros: "Once on the aircraft, the flight was quite nice. The drinks and food were very good. The flight attendants were very helpful. Having blankets was very nice, since it was very cold in some sections near the toilets. I was selected for supplementary search but the attendants were very efficient and courteous."
Cons: "No one explained why one needed to go through the Brussels Airlines pre-check gate (at gate #40) and have our passports reviewed again and a sticker added. It was a mess. At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line."

Cons: "We paid extra for economy plus, but they completely messed up that part of the reservation. Multiple phone calls and run around at the airport. The "upgrade " is a nice one but the hassle was stressful and still not sure if I'll get the $ straightened. Front of plane warm, but back cold."

Cons: "Boarding from a connecting flight is a disaster. For some reason brussel's air didn't validate our passports at the first international flight. Everyone was expected to do it at the Brussels airport. This would be fine if they had a sign up explaining what to do, or even a basic queue set up. There were passengers for 3 flights mobbed around the check point in front of our gate with nothing resembling a line. Everyone was completely confused and crawling over each other. Add that to our delayed landing that put us on the tarmac, forcing us back through security and a huge walk away from the gate... We very nearly missed our flight! Please please please figure out a way to communicate to your passengers and get people into a proper queue!!!"

Cons: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."

Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"
