Outstanding service both from ground staff and onboard staff! Very helpful in making changes to our schedule when our trip ended sooner then expected

They changed the flight and the airport on both legs of my flight which made it impossible to actually make the connection from one airport to the other in time. However the customer service agent at the international airport was very kind and helpful getting me on a flight for the next morning.

We were delightfully surprised with the exceptional ground staff as well as flight staff. Both did an excellent job of making our trip enjoyable and hassle free!

Please work on delays. This airline always has delays. The terminal is awful, aeroparque needs more transport for disabled people (terrible service), and proper equipment to deplane. It is the only place where I always have to use stairs

I flew in a new plane with an excellent crew.Felt great

My experience was TERRIBLE. They made me check my carry on bag, and they broke it. and then when I made the claim they said it was a small damage and that I would not be compensated.

Despite asking several times why our flight wasn’t on the boards, it took us a while to figure out that our departing flight was from another airport. While the tickets clearly indicated that we arrived at AEP and left from EZE, none of the aerolineas argentinas personnel noticed it despite specific questions from us. It took a sharp-eyed passport control person to notice it the second time I tried to go through security after exiting to try again to figure out what was going on. Also the what’s app is only in Spanish and when I tried to type Spanish from an English phone, it would mess up the Spanish that was already quite rudimentary

Delayed flights and cancelled flights …still waiting to see if the cancellations are refunded

The flight was 30 minutes delayed, but the boarding gate's panels indicated it was on time. This was inaccurate.

The staff was fine in the fly, but to do check in was very poor the service.

I paid for a business class ticket on Delta. It was sourced to Virgin Atlantic. They changed out the aircraft which had fewer upper class tickets. Even though I'd checked into the lounge, was receiving alerts via kayak about the delay and changes; no one informed me that the seat would be changed - until I attempted to board and was told that I would have an economy seat or they could search to put me on another airline. Even the flight crew were informed of this change (10 passengers were bumped out of Upper Class) around 2 pm (1400) time. Hours would have helped to consider alternatives instead of making a last minute change. There needs to be compensation from both Delta and Virgin given this change in service/experience.

For some reason, I couldn't choose my seat. The airline gave me a seat when I got there. Not happy about that. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The flight attendant on Korean airline was a super nice. it’s one of the best over-sea airline I flew so far.

Movie selection was meh. Food was great. Crew as always great. I paid for premium because that’s the only way not to feel like a sardine. That’s how economy should be imo. Sadly passengers have to pay an extra $1000 to get what they should at base price but that’s all airlines. The airline industry in general treats passengers as cargo.

Awful. Flight from Cape Town was cancelled, rebooked for another day through Johannesburg, was downgraded to economy

Knowing what gate to go to was such a issue I couldn’t tell on the app, they tell you what zone you are in but won’t give you the gate number, i almost missed my flight in Atlanta Georgia because of that, as soon as we landed my next flight was already boarding because our flight to Nashville arrived late, I don’t know how that works, but as soon as we got out I was told my next flight is boarding I had to rush lost few of my items, and when I finally got to the gate after struggling, I received a message about my gate after I already boarded, and no my tickets didn’t have the gate numbers either.

It was fine for an hour flight on an the

My flight was extremely cold. I had a jacket and a cover was left in each seat. The cover was extremely thin and I have a disability, fibromyalgia and arthrithis and AC air is the worst. I closed my vent and my husbands vent and it still was frigid. I asked the attendant if I could get another cover and she quickly almost dismissively and totally unconcerned stating, (I quote) (one per chair) and walked off so quickly that I didn't get a chance to explain to her that I literally have adisability. I didnt want to make a seen so I set on that flight for over 5 hours in pain, joints locking up and extremely uncomfortable. When my fibromyalgia flares up my joints not only ache but they will lock up also and it takes me days to get back to my regular self even though I take medication for it. I felt like it would not have hurt anyone at all for her to just give me an extra cover because I'm sure they have all types of medical issues in people that fly every day.

They delayed our flight because of bad weather in NY which was completely understandable. Then they cancelled our flight and a later flight that evening. The earliest we could fly was the next morning. We ended up buying last minute tickets on another airline and made it home slightly delayed but safely that evening. Delta kept saying it was weather related but if that was the case how did we make it back on another airline? The weather in NY was cloudy but not bad.

From Atlanta to Savannah - flight connection was way to short (we weren't even late landing ) and flight was already boarding when we landed - we were told we were the last on board and so we had to gate check our bags. Once we got on the plane, there were at least seven open bag spots so that was unnecessary delay. There should be better communication between the gate agent and the crew.

I don’t know who decides what food to serve on these flights but I would be so embarrassed if I served this to anyone and call it food…

Flight was on time is the only good thing. Person loading the plane called 1-6 to board at the same time, made it chaotic. Plane was too small for even putting backpacks in overhead. Seat for normal sized people were too small. The WIFI didn't work. When we landed had to wait because not enough ground crew.

Flight was late and boarding was confusing because gate changed and I didn’t get a notification

Wish some foods provided rather than just biscuit/cookie for flight more than 2 hours

It was good..clean, comfy seat. Friendly warm welcoming crew. Was able to check my cabin luggage at the gate which I was able to pickup in a decent time from baggage claim. The app gave all updates from delays to baggage claim info. Overall smooth flight.

Nice comfortable flight from Barcelona back to the states. The premium economy offers the extra room we need for my husband. The food was good and our flight attendants were excellent.

in chicago, you have to go out to drop off your luggage for a connecting flight and come back into a security check. which was horrible with a government shut down. some airports you down off luggage and go to your gate. things were not cleanly marked.

Terrible. Flight delayed for more than 8 hours with only a $12 meal voucher provided for the inconvenience. The airplane did not have breaks on arrival yet they still made us go through the motions and board on time knowing we could not take off then sit for 40+ minutes before having to get of the time. A complete waste of my time. I cannot believe they can stay business with these shenanigans. I’ll avoid this company like the plague moving forward as the lack of accountability is disgraceful.

Premium economy seat was decent. As always poor headphones, poor food and beverage, crew is not overly friendly

I couldn't use their app to select seats or check in because they made a business partnership with UnderPricer to control and sell those options when you purchase your tickets through that agency. And yiu can't get any assistance from UnderPricer. Vueling has made a terrible business decision to partner with them.

The crew was super friendly and helpful. The food was quite good. An overall positive experience.

the seats were bad and uncomfortable and the food was not tasty.

The crew was amazing. I appreciate the level of professionalism in the Iberia crew.

A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.

Flight cancelled, lost a day of travel where we were trying to meet friends we couldn't meet. Iberia website is very difficult to navigate and has lots of dead links. If you do not speak Spanish it is even harder. Tried communicating on their WhatsApp and that was also close to impossible. We were told we'd be compensated 150EU's for this cancelled flight but there is no avenue towards rectifying this issue. I've had to take it up with my credit card to contest the charges and not pay for a flight that didn't happen but doubt I will ever be reimbursed for my two Ubers to the airport where we never even departed or the 150EU's we were told we would receive. I would never fly Iberia again. Clown show.

I've taken British Airways before and it has been great. On this trip to Spain and Portugal we had two BA flights. On both flights we were taken by bus from the terminal out to the plane on the tarmac. There were many older folks on these flights, and to ask people in their 70s to lug their carry-on and personal items up the long mobile staircase to the plane entrance, is very disturbing. I won't be taking British Airways in the future. Many people on these flights were very unhappy.

why can't planes be boarded from back to front?? everything was great otherwise

We flew into Barcelona and the plane was so cramped and very uncomfortable and dirty. But we flew out of Madrid and that plane was much better. Would fly Iberia again.

For what we are willing to pay for international air travel, our experience was very good. We had no problem checking in, we had very little wait time at the AA counter in Madrid, and the staff in Madrid were very helpful. The flight crew was helpful and courteous, the plane was on the newer side, and our assigned seats were together without us needing to purchase them. The flight took off on time and arrived early. Overall, it was a pleasant experience or as much as could be expected in economy for almost 10 hours.

Terrible customer service. I booked business class and the counter agent didn’t bother asking me about any choice or preferred seat, basically assigned me that last seat and couldn’t even answer if it was a business class seat. Also iberia lost my suitcase on my flight from JFK to MAD with the layover in BCN. Useless customer service at the counter. Thank goodness I happened to check the baggage claim area of the next flight in…there it was.
