Being able to paste here the text of the review of the same flight that I just wrote for Ryanair would make me feel better about Kayak too.

Delay in boarding with no explanation why. Stood for about 40 mins waiting to board

The plane had only a few passengers, we got lucky. The crew was visibly inexperienced

Buy-on-board through the app is a great feature!

Rubbish moved my seat don’t know why same seat configuration cost me extra so me and my wife could sit together now I know why no paper ticket so they can do this

I had heard horror stories about Ryan air and was a little worried about my flights with them but I had 3 flights with them in Italy, Puglia and Sicily and it was a painless and smooth process. I was very happy.

Ryan air flight was good. Nothing to complain about. I had heard absolute horror stories about Ryan air so was worried about the flight but everything went smoothly. We have had two Ryan air flights with no problems. Last flight is Vernon come. Palermo to Milan. Fingers crossed.

Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.
