Pros: The food choices were broad enough for anyone. They came by with water periodically. The movies offered had a good range. The pillow was a surprisingly good size.

Cons: Tight seating. Cold. Arm rests hurt my arms. Foot rest would have been a blessing. Blanket was too thin.

Cons: My seat was broken and didn’t recline. I booked first class bc of a bad back, so I count on that. Salad was wilted and gross. Plane didn’t have plug ins for phone! Entertainment system didn’t work well- movie kept buffering. Sky texting wouldn’t work either.

Pros: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.

Cons: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home

So now had to wait for police to turn off alarm!!! By this time enough!!!!!!!! Worst ever and I’m traveling with three young child.

Cons: They emphasized a completely full flight when boarding but there were several empty seats, entertainment screens in seats were low quality despite offering good options, I couldn’t connect to WiFi.

Pros: The crew was amazing! Very nice, professional, courteous. Couldn’t have asked for better. I also enjoyed having wifi for viewing your movies in contrast to screens behind the seats.

Cons: A variety of bag of chips in contrast with pretzel sticks.

Pros: My original flight and rebooked flight were both canceled, then this flight was delayed. Even with the extra time, we still sat on the runway because paperwork wasn't in order. It was just a mess.

Cons: I had to rebook my own flight and considering the plane was already delayed, it should have departed as soon as we left the gate.

Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.

Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.

Pros: Wonderful friendly crew. Comfy seat. Very pleasantly impressed with the comfort on a CRJ900 -- windows are large and closer to eye level, standing room is enough.
