Pros: The airplane looked old. There was no entertainment available on the flight from AMS to SVO, but definitely more leg room then the newer airplanes. No having entertainment available made it a very long flight.

Pros: The plane arrived in Atlanta ahead of time and thus we were able to start boarding earlier than usual. The gate agent kept the process in order and moved the boarding process along nicely. The pilots also got us to Baton Rouge 28 minutes ahead of schedule which was appreciated. Nice flight.

Cons: Same issue with getting passengers seated once on the aircraft and then getting their luggage stowed takes too much time.

Pros: Flight to Atlanta was good going to watch a movie. Missed our connecting flight in Atlanta due to sitting on the tarmac for 25 minutes

Cons: Do not put your connecting flights one terminal miles away from the other terminal

Pros: Friendly flight attendants. I appreciate the complimentary bag check for my carry-on bag to the destination.

Pros: Used miles to upgrade to Premium Plus. Excellent seat and food!

Pros: the seat was tight and doesn't recline if the person behind you is leaning on it. wouldn't let us board because it wasn't the right group yet forcing us to stand on the side for 30 minutes until they started calling our group again.

Cons: Luggage was left on another plane. It was my surfboards, and clothes. the whole reason for this Trip is to surf and now I cannot.

Pros: WARDA at the Miami Gate H07 was awesome. She went above and beyond. Everyone else was very helpful but you can get tell she does more than the norm. LOVE LOVE LOVE the free entertainment in the individual seats. Perfect for families!

Cons: It was great fir a short flight. And they got me there early.

Cons: If they had noticed the first plane was extremely hot before boarding everyone and leaving the gate and if once they found a new plane they had bothered to put fuel in it during the hour we deplaned, walked to a different terminal, and reboarded. Also, if they had passed out drinks or snacks during the flight.

Cons: My first flight (leaving very early in the morning from Burlington VT was delayed several hours because a ground crew member forgot to put the heater on the plane the night before. Because of this delay I missed my connection and instead of arriving in San Fran at 10am, I arrived at 6pm and missed the whole first day of my trip and was exhausted cause I got up at 3am to get to the airport to a frozen plane that was not ready to fly for a few hours during which I could’ve stayed in bed.

Pros: Crew friendly, attentive.

Cons: Baggage connection between Delta and partner KLM not made and luggage left in Atlanta.

Pros: The seat was ok, but the crew was very good and helpful

Pros: Crew was awesome, super friendly and helpful. Even the korean food options tasted delicious.

Cons: Not plus size friendly. The bathroom is too small for a plus size person to be able to use and for a 14 hour flight I think that’s important. Also if you’re plus size and the person in front of you reclines, it’s impossible to pull down your tray fully.

Pros: Free movies and drinks

Cons: Turbulence was high so good/drink service was less than normal. No fault of delta or their crew but the JFK airport was awful, especially through customs. No help from the employees and easy to get lost.
