The WiFi on the plane was out. I also thought movie options were lacking.
They changed my seat assignment from window to middle. I have a physical need to sit by the window because of spinal issues. I unboarded in pain, I also was placed between 2 very large men. I am very disappointed and now dealing with the physical aftermath.
These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.
The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
My seat was changed without my consent. It wasn’t a major deal but annoying.

In a world of delays, Delta was on time both ways! Boarding was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly. AND wifi worked.
Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED
There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.
The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious
The food was horrible. There was no. Wifi, and it was just terrible from bangkok to d. C
My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
Both my flight where delayed Had 25min to make it to my transfer flight
I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.
They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.
The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.
American airlines is always delayed in their flights. No access to wifi unless paid
The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.
This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.
Flight from Dallas to OKC was good, but my trip was interrupted due to a delayed flight from Austin to DFW, which happens all the time. I frequently miss my connection from DFW and American can never seem to make this work!
This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.
No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.
Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off
First off, I never complained so it is not the crews fault. The lady to my left did not respect my seat whatsoever. She was too big to lower the armrest and basically sat on me the entire flight. She was against the window. I was in a middle seat. For future reference, American, please make sure the armrest will lower or get someone a larger seat/2 seats.
