Booked an extra extra room seat so my wife and I had no one seating between us. We boarded and the overhead bins were taken and we didn’t have room for even one bag. Crew was very abrupt.

He didn’t help me try to find room or do anything helpful at all. I took my bag and found plenty of space to store it. I was very displeased and shocked how I was treated. Also the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee was undrinkable. No where near what actual Dunkin’ coffee taste like. I also didn’t like that they tried to charge me money for the headphones."

I think its good that there is a limit for the amount of hours pilots can fly but to leave an entire plane, the last flight out in particular, to have to wait an additional 2 hours to wait for new pilots is a little ridiculous to me. On top of that, I decide that I would rather go get a hotel than wait to fly out at 1am in the morning, I come to find that I will have to leave my checked bag on the plane and go to my hotel, in Boston, in 17° weather, without a coat or my toiletries, my phone charger....everything I would have needed went to PBI without me. Needless to say, this was by far my worst experience flying Jetblue. And to top it off, this was the second time this trip (flying out of PBI to Boston earlier left me delayed for 5 hours) that I felt like what I enjoy about Jetblue was not at all what I receieved. I understand that the holidays are a challeging and busy time for airlines, but it feels like PBi flights are by far the worst and that for some reason, Jetblue flights for PBI to Boston, and Boston to PBI are nightmares. Very disappointed."

Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."

The flight attendant then commented that I couldn't have the child in a carrier during the flight (something I am well aware of!). She also neglected to offer us a snack later on. Overall, she was rude and inconsiderate and made a difficult trip more unpleasant."

After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

Cons: "Allegiant Crew were very snotty and sassy... bossy even, like they were all having a bad day. The flight itself felt like we were falling out of the sky the entire time. Up and down up and down. Seat back tray tables were extremely small."
Pros: "Kids board first and you dont have to worry about seating if u have a young child. Also, the nonstop flight was so relaxing."

Cons: "They charged me $50 for a carry on even after I told them repeatedly that I tried to change it on my ticket days before I was leaving. It would not let me change it or even check in on the mobile app. It was very hot and we had to wait for awhile before any air conditioning started. No entertainment or complimentary drinks."
Cons: "Flight cancelled on the way to the airport due to weather. Weather wasn't due to turn bad for 36 hours."

Cons: "We were moved gates a few times. Delayed a few times, finally on a plane and they deboard the whole thing. No one seemed too apologetic at all. Pretty much who cares, after spending money and being moved all over seeming like they cared would've been nice."

Cons: "I say somewhat cheap, because by the time they ala carte everything, it's not so cheap anymore. As in no longer cheap enough to justify the bare bones service. The flight attendants are basically candy salespeople. I typically need help putting things in the overhead bin, but the flight attendant actually told me it wasn't her job. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant."

I was almost late for my plane because counter assistance is needed in my case, while there was no counter for NO-bag check-in. The kiosk rejected my check-in as well as online check-in. It was confusing and frustrating; I felt like the United Airline did that on purpose to deter the super-economy ticket buyer. Please be aware of time to take to check in with NO BAG with Super-Economy ticket at EWR."

Pros: "When i initially bought my round trip tickets. I chose the seating assignments for my boyfriend and i. When i got to PBI to check in, computer showed we did not have seats. When i questioned the ticket agent, she replied, "it didn't matter when you purchased tickets and it doesn't matter if you chose your seats, you can be bumped at any time". ..so after everyone boarded, then turns out my bf and i can't sit together, we ended up 5 rows from eachother, and we both have anxiety from flying. I am very disappointed with United Airlines, and will do my best not to book with them again. NOT THE FRIENDLY SKIES."

Cons: "Never flying United again. On my way to the airport in Portland I got a text from United that my flight to Newark had been cancelled and there was no way to fly me out of Portland to San Diego that day. My sister had to drive me to Boston so I could catch a flight to San Francisco, which took 6.5 hours because it flew over most of Canada for some reason AND had three babies that cried from start to finish. Oh and because I was a late addition, I had a middle seat. The second I turned my phone on after we landed I had another yet another text from United saying that my connection to San Diego had been delayed three hours and wouldn't take off until 11:15 pm."
Cons: "Tried to get assistance at the United desk where my gate was located at and they could not answer any of my questions and would not assist me or many others who had the same issues."
Cons: "Payed to upgrade seat was not comfortable and person next to me kept moving onto my side. Flight was 2 hours late so I missed my connection and had a terrible time to find a flight home. United staff was not helpful and kept telling me to go somewhere else for help. No food was served only tiny packet of way too spicy pretzels. Sat on the runway for an hour. Flight crew said 15 min and it was much longer. Crew seemed to be really confused."

Cons: "I didn't get to Chicago until close to midnight, the flight to MSP was cancelled, and I missed my meeting the next morning. I understand you can't control the weather, but that didn't change the outcome for me."

Cons: "Security lines at Newark took us an hour and 45 minutes so we missed our flight. The lines were crazy and there was no security. People were cutting ahead and fighting. It was like survival of the fittest. Then when we got rebooked the boarding passes wouldn't work and we had to be last on the plane. The male flight attendant was rude even to my 7 and 10 year old who sat alone because there were no seats together. My 7 year old didn't know what tray table in the upright position meant and the attendant was giving him a hard time instead of just helping him."

Cons: "The flight was over two hours delayed and every twenty minutes we found out it was delayed another 30 minutes. The crew was terrible. There was no beverage service, and when I asked for a blanket at the beginning of the flight the crew didn't give it to me for over 2 hours. The crew was also very rude in general. There was no entertainment of any kind. The pilots kept pushing back the time we were taking off every 15 minutes and kept changing the arrival time drastically. Overall, horrendous experience."
