The best in every respect but the best was the departure lounge at Narita which had the best tasting food ever at an airport lounge-great variety of food and drinks and the Japanese food, from rice curry, chicken karaage to all the side vegetable dishes were the best! The staff was very attentive and courteous. Best airport lounge I have ever experienced!

There was a certain guy in American Airlines his name is AAROON who tried to charged me for 246 dollars so I can fly from Dallas to DJT Palm Beach International Airport ; wherein it is not my fault why the flight is delayed so why do I need to pay ? I insisted my rights and told me to contact the company who booked me. But upon taking to Japan Airlines people they said upon checking I don’t have to pay additionally. So please check your people who does so things like this to passengers.

It was super duper delayed but Japan Airilnes service is great to be fair specially their attendants are very polite, pleasant and nice ! Food is good also.

It is good. The aircraft is big enough for my legs. Just not that cold enough and food is not that good. There was a food that was supposed to be beef, but only onions, no beef inside.

It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.

I actually didn’t make it onto the flight. I spent quite a few hours trying to rebook the flight just to get screwed out of $5000. Fun!

I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.

In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)

The crew are timely, friendly and professional. I was very impressed.

They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else

More meal choice. There was only pork, beef and shrimp. I could not eat any of it and they had no alternatives

The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.

I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.

Short staffs, I ask stewardess to bring me cognac twice during dinner but they didn't bring it!

Mediocre. Nothing special. Bad airline food Never received the food I requested Slow response from ground staff concerning my wheelchair. I was left at a holding area and had to walk the distance to the gate. In Hong Kong

My biggest complaint is the comfort and no good movies to choose from. My headphones didn't work either. 😔

Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

They destroyed my baby’s stroller and the seats was broken

Economy seats are better than most other international airlines. Crew is nice, food is halal and pretty good. Seatback tv selection is ok, not great. Wifi is poor and crazy expensive, "free" messaging lasts 15 minutes and capped at 3mb, full flight plans are $50 USD and still very tightly data capped.

Make the food options available, than running out even before mid way through the service.

Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again

Food could be better. Bread should be warm served with butter. Bread quality is bad and cold served.

Entertainment for non Arabic speakers is very limited. Seats were comfortable. Seat map while booking showed 2-2-2 config, but the flight had 1-2-1..

It’s like two different companies managing fligh from DC and totally horrible company between Jeddah and Cairo

Much better than our first flight. Perhaps healthier food options and more food.
