Me and my son are first time travelers! And we had a AWESOME flight!
Cons: "Flight was delayed causing the connection impossible. Delta provides no way to communicate directly with a human making rebooking impossible. The lack of care destroyed our family reunion."

Cons: "We were stuck on the tarmac for 40+ minutes due to our gate being blocked by another plane. We almost missed our connection and had to run through the airport with our luggage and the staff at our second gate yelling “hurry up” at us like it was our fault."

Cons: "We had a 2.5 hour delay because there was someone missing in the crew. It sounded like it hadn’t been properly planned for the flight so it was frustrating. However, once that person showed up, everything was great and the crew was very sweet"

Pros: "One flight attendant was adamant about a passenger across from me, covering his nose AND mouth during the flight and constantly checked to make sure he was following the rules."
Cons: "The safety instructions portion of the flight was not thorough. They just held up the large card and stood there. No true demonstration which was important to me as I was sitting in the emergency exit row."
Pros: "As expected of Delta. With Covid, even the food service understandably was limited. They had prepackaged goodies, albeit not much flexibility, but I had no complaints. Mid row was empty per Covid, for flight comfort, this was somewhat a plus. Knowing air was filtered with HEPA filters every 2 minutes with fresh oxygen and outside air mix was also reassuring."

Cons: "Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

Cons: "The check in and boarding process in Incheon was terrible! My flight ticket was printed and had the wrong name, which the agent at the check in desk did not catch. It was not until I went to the security line when they found a mismatched name. I was asked to go through security THREE TIMES. And then at the gate, I was supposedly "randomly selected" for ANOTHER swab/swipe security check. The flight itself was uncomfortable. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people seated on the flight. The entertainment was the only excellent and recommendable thing about this delta flight."
Pros: "Overall experience was awesome. Always love to fly delta. Nice spacious and clean aircraft. Enjoyed the entertainment system."
Pros: "The KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring when there was confusion with my ticket."
Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

Pros: "1. Smooth flight itself and informed by captain well on expected time of arrival with frequent updates"
Cons: "1. I already had a tight connection and let the flight attendant know that I was concerned due to the delay. She seemed very laissez faire and there was no information about the connections gate overhead or when I got off the plane. I think that if the flight is delayed, the airline should let passengers know where the close connection gate assignments are to save them time (my flight landed ten minutes after my connection was boarding). 2. The carry on luggage section was impossibly small so I had to gatecheck my bag and it took five minutes to get my bag back. Given the tight connection, this created additional anxiety."

Cons: "My husband booked West Jet by phone. They spelled my name wrong on the ticket which caused hours of delays tryng to check in...ultimately leading to our missing the flight. The time spent was around 6 hours....4 of them the were on one continuous phone call where we were bumped back and forth between West Jet and Delta. The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

Pros: "The fight was awesome from takeoff to landing. This has been one of the first flights that my ears did not pop and hurt in years!!! We took off about 10 minutes late waiting on a crew member but made the time up in the air. Great flight!!"

Cons: "The boarding staff member was extremely overwhelmed being the only person at the desk. She visibly looked frazzled & made it well known. It made me feel insecure about the flight. Then the maintenance crew didn’t notice that there was a dead bird in one of the engines until after we were fully boarded and had to sit on the plane for an hour over our expected time. I appreciated the fact that they were being through for our safety, but catch that before you have people board."

Cons: "We were waiting for 6 hours then our flight got cancelled. We got another flight which is in the second day !! And I am going back to MIAMI on Sunday 7:00 am . What a bad airlines!!"
Cons: "Flight from Ny to Detroit was delayed for 2 hrs. Coming back was worse after multiple delays, they cancelled the flight. they put me on a flight for next day with 2 connections which will reach ny almost 20 hrs later, no aplogises, no hotel room. After more calls put me in another United flight later that night which also finally got cancelled. I had to book a new flight with delta and paid $460 on the spot for that. Still awaiting my refund from American for the return leg which was cancelled and left a lady traveling alone stranded at Detroit airport in the night. Apology or compensation -- forget it, you will never get that! Only now if they can refund my cancelled flight..."
Pros: "Finally getting to my final destination and out of DFW."
Cons: "The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 8:20 pm, but due to several delays did not end up getting off the ground until after 11 pm. After being in the air for about 45 minutes we were informed that there were issues with the engine and that we would be turning around and heading back to Dallas. By this point it was after midnight, and although I was appreciative that safely is a priority, there was no communication as to what the next steps were. After landing we were finally told that we would have to deplane, and after we sat around the gate for awhile we were informed that the flight would be delayed until 5 am. Being 12:50 am at this point a hotel would have been nice, but we were informed that AA was "out of hotels" but that if we wanted we could have a $12 food voucher to use at the one restaurant that was open several terminals over. The AA employee assisting in handing out the food vouchers seemed extremely unapologetic about the situation which didn't help with the frustration everyone was feeling. I will not be booking with AA again, and will be passing along my negative experience to family and friends. It is worth spending the extra money on a ticket for an airline that is more reliable with better customer service."

Cons: "The only reason for the one star, is that there was no entertainment or did on the flight. So those categories didn't apply. For me, in my flight experience, it's to get to where i need to be and not to be entertained. Food and drinks aren't needed, I can get that when i get to my destination."
