Internet not working during the flight - what a big miss!
Aegean Airlines was great! Great spirit, very helpful and efficient. Overall Aegean Airlines was a great experience.
The flight was excellent but the onboard WiFi wasn’t working.
The flight was full. The young man in the seat in front of me had reclined and I asked him to put the seat up just a bit because it was encroaching my space quite a lot. Turned out he couldn't because the mechanism was broken. The choice was all the way up or all the way down, no in-between.
The seat was hard as a rock. Business class seats were coach seats with no one in the middle. Service and food were excellent.
The crew was awesome. There was a school group of about 60 14 year-olds. The food is standard greek fare, Baklava was pre-packaged like it would normally be sold in a vending machine, and it was the highlight of the meal. Plane was in great shape, and seating was like a any A319 you would experience at a national-level carrier (i.e. not like Ryan Air). Like many European airports, they bused us to the plane, so the process of boarding groups is useless, and not well understood by infrequent travelers.
Departing from the Parikia apport on Paros was chaos. It is a 3rd world airport, and my home has more square footage. Olympic Air has several instances where there are less than two hours between flights leaving Paros. Further, there are two airlines at the airport, so airport resources are limited. With only one check in desk for each airline, the folks who are getting on the earlier flight are the only people who are able to check in. So, don't get there too early to check in. Also, the airport waiting area, after you go through security only holds about 1/2 of a plane's worth of people. So, the security line also has the same restrictions as the check in desks. Depending upon what time you get there, two queues will extend into the entry road. If your plan departs within the hour, go up to the front of the building and check to see which flight they are checking in or running through security.
Every one was attentive, the food was really very good . All and all was an excellent experience .
There was no enterteinment onboard. Food was good, and service too.
It was a short flight. It did leave about 15 minutes late but other than that everything went well!! There was no food service or entertainment so can’t comment on any of that.
It was a no frills flights, but had to pay $162 extra for one bag! Cheap flight but no drink either!
Volotea cancel my flight and never refunded my money despite many attempts by me to get it back. I will never book with them again.
Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
Seat cushioning, and having at least 1 checked bag free, I dont understand why international flight would not include a checked bag.
Flight was late, with scheduled 50 min layover at Frankfurt. Arrived at gate A54, had to get to B5. We now had 35 min layover with delay, at top speed it took 30 min to get to B5 hot and bothered. Not good. Boarding in Lyon was normal chaos, shoving, and total disrespect for anyone beyond group 2. Boarding for Milan flight was more civilized as we all had to take a bus to plane.
I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.
Crew was great. Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Seat was not comfortable. Overall experience was mediocre.
Wonderful I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. The crew was fantastic. Very attentive positive. They made me feel right at home. We were on a 747 business class second story seat and it was fantastic.
Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.
Delay before takeoff, ran out of protein options for the meal served, waited on the tarmac upon landing for and hour, waited in corridor for people mover for 45 minutes and still waited at baggage claim for over 30 minutes. This was after Lufthansa cancelled our flight to Frankfurt. Will definitely be my last option when booking overseas flights.
