Flight from USA to Dubai was comfortable. There is some serious miscommunication between the staff who does checkin and immigration staff in India. Air Suvidha rules are enforced here as a requirement by the Indian government and without it not allowed to board the flight. The Indian authorities don’t even bother to check it. Please update either side of aisle. Vegetarian food from Dubai to Bombay was not that great at all. It was cold and chewy. Dubai being a hub can provide better options. Staff is very good and took good care of passengers. Please appreciate their hard work.

Pros: "My flight left on time and from the moment I was greeted upon entering the A380 Airbus, I knew I was in for something very special. As prepared for departure, blankets and pillows were distributed amongst the passengers. Once in flight, dinner and in the morning, breakfast. And, throughout the night, the flight attendants attended to passenger requests for beverages and snacks. The plane was clean and, maybe I need to compliment my fellow passengers also, for the washrooms were clean and well maintained. We arrived on time and the trip seemed rather short with the entertainment of movies, news and inflight updates. Thanks again Emerates...you have brought back flying to it's original objective to give service and a safe means of travel. See you soon. Philip Dorn"

Cons: "The flight attendant at the front- I don’t know her name but she was wonderful, friendly and smiling and seemed genuinely pleased at her job. The flight attendant in the back I don’t believe smiled once the whole flight. It was a relatively short flight but still not one smile on boarding, in flight or once we landed. Probably gave the most morose safety demonstration in aviation history. I know most people don’t like their jobs but a smile does go a long way and for me personally it helps s great deal when you have an irrational fear of flying. She did nothing wrong but she could have at least looked like she wanted to be there."

They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."
