Pros: Only 2 clerks available for who knows how many flights. The cre was dismissive and rude. Didn’t give any effort Smallest, dirtiest and uncomfortable plane I’ve ever been on. Seats don’t even recline. I don’t know about food because it cost too much to think about. No entertainment

Pros: Straight flight - no connections is a must when traveling with small children. Staff was polite and professional. Take off was on time, arrival was early. Comfortable flight.

Cons: As with pretty much any airline the cabin AC was freezing making it a bit difficult to get comfortable enough you rest.

Pros: I was happy it was a nonstop flight on a somewhat new and very clean plane. Plenty of leg room, though the seat almost felt narrow and the person next to me was on me the entire trip. Seat comfort was good, I prefer firmer padding on a longer trip. Attendants were attentive and quick about helping passengers but felt like they didn’t want to be there. Boarding was also fast, though slightly confusing.

Cons: I didn’t like that after I booked my ticket Alaska moved the time to much earlier in the day and I had to take off work. There’s no built in screen; tablets are available to rent, but for the price tickets are I shouldn’t have to rent something or use up my battery. Plus having to either hold my phone/tablet the whole flight or use what little space I have on my tray to prop it up isn’t enjoyable. Also the snacks were lacking, one bag of cheese crackers was my only option for a flight over 5 hours.

Pros: Good seats, service, express baggage handling.

Pros: quick fast and no nonsense, nothing to worry about on a 30 minutes. Hawaiian gets you there fast and mostly on time.

Pros: The service on the non stop flight United Airlines from San Francisco to Osaka was excellent.

Cons: I wish there could be more movies about nature on the entertainment network.

Pros: The food was remarkably good for a US airline. The wine was good as well. I found enough video material to entertain me throughout the long flight, although I would have liked a decent classical music program.

Cons: I had to ask for a pillow and when I did not take the blanket becaue it was comfortable I had made a mistake. It was VERY chilly in the last third of the flight and there was no way to locate personnel, or even a call button in the darkened plane to ask for one.Finally I climbed up on my seat (short people cannot reach the overhead bins on this plane) to get my coat out of the overhead bin and passed the last hours bundled up in that. While water was passed out frequently, collecting cups and bottles, not to mention the remnants of the snack or meals was not high on the priority list and eventually we were sitting in a trash pile. Bravo for having luggage available as soon as we got through customs!

Cons: American did not allow an upgrade at gate and said they never do that but just did it less than a year ago. He said we had to call, then walked away. Plane so old no plugs to charge devices on long flight, horrible.

Cons: I had very bad emotions sickness from London to Dallas TX. After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever.

Cons: It was a long flight. I personally do not like to use washrooms on a plane but with all those hours you just have to. That's not their fault....it is me But they made your flight to be the best that can be

Pros: I liked having to pay for the extras. It actually kept carry-on's to a minimum and the drink cart barely cluttered up the walk way. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful getting people to where they needed to be when checking in and dropping off bags.

Cons: 40lb for checked bags as opposed to 50lbs. Seats were uncomfortable. Did not recline and not enough padding. I am a sound sleeper, but was unable to sleep for an overnight flight. HORRIBLE.

Pros: Really poor airline. Old, sticky seats. They do not go back... at all. Zero electronics. No option of movie, food, hot beverage. Peanuts:$4.00 Nothing . Lacks class, amenities. Clean bathroom though You Get what thou pay for...a little less... But happy you say we landed safely.

Cons: If you want to buy a hot meal don't sit past row 15 as they run out. Who runs out of food for purchase? Apparently this isn't a new issue.

Pros: Our plane left BWI nearly 40 minutes behind schedule but we landed Seattle within 5 minutes of our original schedule. Kudos to Alaska Air and their skilled pilots and crew.

Cons: Our flight said on time until five minutes before we were suppose to take off, when they made an announcement we would be two hours delayed and the screen hadn’t updated When we finally got in the seats were broken - some did not recline and the tv controls were busted and TVs did not turn off. Very uncomfortable seats, hot air little ac, very poor experience with Jet Blue.

Pros: The crew was nice. I do not feel cramped in the seat.

Cons: The weather was bad and the flight was delayed. The board in the airport said delayed but gave no revised time so I didn’t really know when I should go through security. It is a smaller airport so half the food options are before security.

Pros: Great leg room, high speed wifi the entire time, arrived almost an hour early! Fantastic first Jet Blue experience on a brand new A321.

Cons: Wi-Fi not working or hard to get to work. Flight was delayed by an hour and service was very rushed.

Pros: Food quality was above average (compared to Air France, for instance). On-board entertainment system offers a lot of movies or tv series, assuming it is in working order.

Cons: A negative point for the entertainment system is the variety of movies - all US based movies. Other airlines mix in foreign movies, Delta is squarely US centric. Also, the entertainment system didn't properly work until rebooted, but flight attendants could not be contacted to get this done timely (cannot call attendants through a non-functional screen). Another concern is the noise level of the cabin, but it's mostly due to passengers.

Cons: Sat on the tarmac for 20 Minutes, after taking off late. Arrived to my connecting gate 10 Minutes prior to scheduled departure with no delta attendants in sight and watched my plane sit at the gate and pull away with no way to get on board. Now I’m waiting unnecessarily for 4 hours on another flight.

Pros: I paid for an Economy Plus seat and was three rows back from the galley and you would have thought the rows around me were prisoners. We were completely ignored by the flight crew. I had to actually go up and ask my own coffee and water. I saw one flight attendant yell at the person seating next to me, because she got up to go to the bathroom, after the "fasten seat belt" sign was off but the flight attendant was not aware of it. Basically everyone was rude.

Pros: Staff were friendly and polite. Seat comfort was alright for economy. Decent movie selection.

Cons: Flight was delayed due to seatbelt issue, which was not fixed before takeoff. I was happy to be ticketed for an exit row aisle seat, but this was then given to another passenger and I was disappointed to be forced into a middle seat on a non-exit row with less leg room. Not all advertised beers were available.
