Driving 1.5 hours to connect in Charleston to New Haven CT was a waste. New Haven is the worst airport in the US. Everything is outside and this is an issue in bad weather. Zero parking. Only opening 2 hours before wheels up gives you no flexibility. I am done with Breeze. By the time i buy everything i need, im saving no money.
Flight Grand Jct to Las Vegas the internet wasn't working. Flight Las Vegas to Grand Jct we didnt have internet & my air vents was broken making the plane a bit warm. I understand not having a lot of food choices for such a short flight, but not pretzels, cookies or anything offered & only free beverage choices were water, tea, or coffee; not even ginger ale or a soda. Like everything else, you get less & pay more these days.
Breeze Airways is a no nonsense, no extra fluff kind of airline. They have just the basics, boarding is short and easy, and the cost for flights are fair. Will definitely be flying Breeze again!
I thought I paid for a round trip for carry-on and my ticket only had one way when I purchased a round trip Didn't make sense to me .Not what you want to hear when it's time to go home.
Support for wheel chair was not good. Desk did not open until 2 hours before takeoff not check in time.
Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it
What entertainment!? Snack i bought was unusual and in very small quantity. Very limited selection of snacks to buy. Taste was mediocre.
Leg room was good. Seat pockets were good. Especially the one for menu. Personal Explanation for potential of needing help since i came on a wheelchair was excellent! That has never happened to me flying before. It happened before many passengers had boarded and the attendant leaned way over in front of me. Great help with my carry on since i was in a wheelchair. I was surprised about cost of drinks and snacks. Didn't know there was no free snack. I was cold on both legs of flight. Asked for a blanket but none was brought. Does Breeze even have them? Temperature was adjusted for a short time. Had to put on jacket and put a shirt from my carry on across my legs. Guy next to me pulled his collar up. My nose was cold to touch. I asked flight attendant if they always kept it that cold. She said she thought they had adjusted the temp. When i suggested she feel how cold my nose was, she said she would note it. Casual dress of crew was interesting to me. I thought tennis shoes was very practical. Observed the captain had gone to get food at a fast food place for the crew before we took off. They did not have time to go having moved from one plane to the next at a different gate than planned. Thought that was great commaradiery! And i told him so. Hard to reach call button and air control. Gate staff suggested we use restrooms before boarding since one on board was so small. Thought that was amusing and thoughtful. Pilot made announcements about delays--mechanical warning light, weather delay, traffic on runway and construction near gate and weather where we were landing. Interesting about crew having to do cleanup. Nice about offering upgrades a couple days before flight. Nice sbout sending reminder to check in.
Flying with this airline is a true nightmare. We got delayed than stranded on layovers due to maintenance issues both ways of our flight and there’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI bots that are absolutely useless. Never again.
Our gate was changed twice, but since they were super close it wasn't an issue. We were delayed 90 mins or so, which wasn't great, but sometimes that's just what happens. Communication was the issue. We weren't kept informed about delays--with more information I would have gotten a real meal, taken a "bio break" and purchased a new book. Because another. flight was being updated more frequently about their delays, I thought ours would be shorter and stayed close by. It left me feeling more frustrated than was necessary.
Too little snack and drink for almost 6:00 hr flight. Should have serve some food.
At 5:46 am EST, when I arrived at my departing gate, your gqte agent told me that I could not board the flight because the flight is closed 15 minuets before departure. However, the same gate agent escorted a woman (standing right next to me) at the gate onto the flight which, proves that I could have boarded the flight just like the woman I watched board the flight. The gate agent stated "she was here before you". 1-why was she not already on the flight & 2-how and why was she able to board a "closed" flight that I was not. Additionally, although 6am EST was the time of departure, the plane did not 'pullback' from the gate until 6:15am EST The same gate agent told me that the "boarding closes 15 before departure time" is printed on my boarding pass. This statement is not displayed on my digital boarding pass that I downloaded from AA.com. She also told me that this in stated on AA.com whent I booked my ticket however, since am travelling for work, I booked my flight thru my firm's (Deloitte Consulting) corporate travel app, not AA.com. The flight left without us even though we were on the ground in Dallas, and American Airlines wasn't helpful or available to rebook us on another flight.
The flight crew was good. I was delayed almost 3 hours and missed my connection, had to rebook and they lost my luggage
Flight was very delayed. That made me lose the next flight. Rebooked for 23 hours later without any compensation and using a worse airline. I did not expect that from AA. Disappointing.
I would like a refund for the extra cost the seat I paid for. An oversized person sat next to me and I couldn’t fit on my seat and had to move to another seat.
Kayak boarding information contained inaccuracies that would have not existed if booked directly with American. Paid for preferential boarding, was last to board.
great experience. minimal lines at BWI. at DFW they got a long haul 787 boarded in 30 minutes
LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.
Late arrival flight arrived in BWI and I missed connecting flight in CLT to mobile. I had to wait 6.5 hours for next flight.
