Then the ticket counter in SF was understaffed and it took a long time to get the receipt printed (Once at the counter the agent was very helpful, efficient and quick). Should have a pet area inside the security of airports, like Palm Springs does."

Then finally at 4:45 we boarded again. Finally made it back to Bismarck @ 6:45 CT. Til I picked up my kids and got home (hr drive) it was 9:30 pm. Not impressed. Have been hearing that frontier has a lot of plane issues!"

I called immediately and they said sorry there is nothing they could do. Zero customer service. I hope they enjoy the money for the flight that wasn't able to be used."

Cons: "I was checking in on my app while I was on my way to airport. Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before departure time. The app didn't work and keeps on telling me the app has error. I restarted phone and everything. I had to check in at airport with no bags. When I arrived, there WAS NO ONE at check in desk. I was standing at empty security checkpoint and I could see my gate. The frontier employees were at gate early and never came to assist me. I waited for an hour until my flight left. You can imagine how furious I was- ridiculous for me to have this kind of experience. Thankfully united airlines got me on plane. Never flying frontier again."

Just walked past with cart and did not stop. Seemed like they were not engaged and just wanted to get done so they could gather in galley and talk"

Cons: "Every single crew member aboard my plane was exceptionallying rude. All of them looked like they hated being there. It was not just that they were rude to me, I witnessed several different occasions. Everythinggood from a stewardess who lost her temper with a man who didn't speak English for simply not putting up his tray table to the out right disrespect for a man who just wanted some water. I was in shock for the duration of the flight and spoke in depth about it to my girlfriend who was also appalled at the customer service. I do not expect everyone to love their job, but I'feel you work in customer service I do expect you to do your job. I am active duty military and when I boarded the plane, when called, I was looked at by the ticket woman like I was somehow doing something wrong. I expect more out of an airline if I am spending that much money to go on vacation. I feel that the worst part of the experience was that the incidents I witnessed were not only from one worker. Every single one showed a lack of respect and a level of rudeness I have never seen. I usually do not take the time to review anything but because of just how bad this flight was, I decided that this will be my very first review. As of now, if asked their is no way I would ever advise someone to fly with this airline. I would in fact tell them to rebook if I found out they were. I hope you can make this right for the people aboard that flight aND fix the problems that led to this issue."

Also, why would the crew walk through the cabin no less than 8 times to collect trash if they only gave us cups of water one time? Do that many people bring their own food from home?!"

On my way there I had to pay $16 for my seat, and that was the cheapest option, then $30 for my carry-on. then on my return $27 for my seat, and $30 for my carry-on. So basically I paid the same amount I would have if I just bought the southwest ticket instead. They charge for everything, water, soda, food. They charge for your seat, any seat, even the crappy ones. by the way, only the first few rows are laid out like regular coach, with full trays and leaning seats. The rest of the seats are so close together that you can't lean back at all, and the tray is a "flap" where all you can fit is a drink, if you're lucky."

I should have just paid the extra $40 to fly Delta or Alaska, since I ended up paying this much more for my seats. Also, the flight was almost 2 hours delayed. Will not be flying Frontier again any time soon."
