We arrived at 3 in the morning which left me at 61 driving an hour home at a terrible time of night. I was afraid for my safety driving at that hour but they strung us along for so long there were no real opportunities to choose another option. Besides which my bag was stuck in the broken compartment and could not be retrieved. The flight, when it finally left was so cold that everyone was huddled down in their seats, the very senior lade next to me was pitiful. All in all a horrible experience."

She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

Why have us sit on the plane in a cramped atmosphere instead of delaying it at the gate first until your ducks are in a row? Then the in-flight entertainment audio periodically cuts out, and they were resetting the TV system over 3 times. In addition, I had requested a price reduction when I booked the flight since JetBlue's website is buggy and the price went up $80 in front of my eyes while other people booked the seat I wanted, and they weren't willing to give me anything."

JetBlue embrar 190 to Austin is a nice plane. Clean, pretty quiet. Extra space is a good upgrade. Overall no big negatives, great carrier, with good people running the flight, with great equipment. Passenger space is great in more space seats, and among the best in std seats. Arrival in Austin is simple, great little airport."

Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

It wasn’t until much later that I tried the single plug from the headphone but that only worked when jiggling it around to make it connect properly. Would have preferred one of the new systems that allow you to stream a movie of your own choice to your own device."

On the connecting flight to Guatemala, they began boarding an hour before departure, only to wait on a bus to be taken to the aircraft. Apparently the airline doesn't only double book seats on flights, but on Gates on arrival and departure as well? Aside from this particular gripe, the crews were pleasant and the airfare was a relative bargain, so all in all not a bad option IMO."

Cons: "Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London."

I ended up with difficulty walking for 2 days afterwards due to T-band cramps. Please advise your passengers that they need to get up and walk every couple of hours. Common sense, but none that I apparently had."

Cons: "We did on line check in, printed the tiket, and they decided to reprint it, and it never work, every time that we used this re-printed ticket doesn't work, we needed to call many time the staff, and in the baggage drop off constantly said that our baggage hast over weigth without weigth it, the scale said another thing, I have the impresion that they were pushing for extra-weigth pay."

Cons: "The boarding process was chaotic, everyone ran to board and it wasn't clear who could board when, there was no wifi on the plane, the "screens in the headrest" were not functioning, and the ones that were were SO OLD that you could see the lines on the screen where you were supposed to touch, entertainment was terrible, and we sat on the runway for over three hours because "the left engine wasnt starting" only to discover two hours later that a latch was frozen which is why it didn't start, so they defrosted it and then we flew. WTF?!"
Pros: "Check-in Ticket printed by BA staff at the airport had the wrong gate number so I was sat in the wrong part of the terminal until I got suspicious and double checked the screens to find my flight had started boarding elsewhere. Entertainment system had a screen from the mobile phone you owned more than a decade ago. Breakfast was a Kellogg's chew bar. Staff onboard were excellent."

American unexpectedly and without any reason moved my and my wife’s seat so that we were 11 rows from our 7 and 9 year old. I tried to get moved back to our original seats and while they were trying to figure out how to do that, someone bought the exit row and we were stuck. It just seems like being a million miler and and a gold elite don’t mean anything anymore.

Cons: "My issue with flying back American is that...I didn't. They boarded us on the plane, moved down the tarmac, and then checked to see that we had a brake problem. They took our plane out of service (which I get, I would want brakes before takeoff), but then they never updated us on our status, until I physically went to the counter to ask an hour later. This is when they informed me that the flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on the 9pm flight (Mind you, this is 12:30p and I have a 2 year old with me). Luckily, I was able to book JetBlue and get home earlier (8:00pm)"

Cons: "The plane was dirty, the window had a leak, the TV was too far away and the sound system to watch the movie was broken. When the plane is in that poor of a condition, it's time to replace it. F."
Pros: "The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible."
Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

Having the usb and headphone plugs next to the monitor is the best. Better than Virgin for sure. But strangely, you couldn't order from the food and drinks menu like you can from Virgin so it was just a video version of the menu card. Food was good."
