Smooth boarding, pleasant and professional lady checking us in. Crew service was excellent, again pleasant, but professional. Nice touch-down on landing! Thank you Delta. 💗

Originally, I was booked in economy. I paid several hundred additional dollars to upgrade to first class. Then I paid several more hundred dollars to change my flight to a slightly earlier flight. I asked if the changed flight would also seat me in first class, and I was told that it would. When I boarded the plane, however, I was seated in economy. So, I paid $500-600 more than I paid for my original ticket for an upgrade and a changed flight - received the changed flight (which was nice), but did not receive the upgrade. So, I was not completely satisfied.

Awesome! On time flight, early arrival, and a complimentary upgrade!

Paid for wifi that didn't work. No plug in seat to work. No entertainment.

We departed early and made up time in the air allowing us to arrive 30 minutes early. Capt was incredibly genuine and thanked every passenger for flying with Delta. Completely humble and professional!

Was forced to check in my small carry on, even though I informed the crew it has very fragile items inside

This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on in years. I upgraded to comfort and had such an uncomfortable experience. The person next to me was oversized - which I understand - however, they took up their space and mine. I could only use about 50% of my seat space to not be physically touching this person the entire flight and there was no spatial awareness. I also could not use the seat outlet because their body was obstructing it. It was very inconvenient. Their body kept touching me repeatedly during the flight and I felt very uncomfortable. To pay more for an upgraded space and then not even being able to use it was highly disappointing.

Only freetext wifi was available in flight; browsing WiFi required payment. Since the seats had no in flight entertainment, Delta should revisit this policy on this longer flight.

Horrible. No TV or any type of entertainment on board. Passwnger listening to/watching stuff on their own phone with no headphones making it noise and uncomfortable for everyone else, little/tiny food portions, old seats, useless wifi (cant access anything). Horrible exlerience especially it was a lomg distance flight with kids.

There should be a warning regarding the quality of the aircraft on the website as we reserve the tickets. There was no TV or any type of screen onboard. The wifi they offer is good for nothing. Traveling 9 hours straight with kids and no type of entetainment was horrible. I wish I had been informed prior so I could buy a ticket with another airline. The food was a joke too. A very tiny portion per passenger. They also charged $100 per checked bag. With United I used to pay $60. So, fair to say that I wont be flying Copa anymore. Their aircraft was super old, outdated, no entertainment, with nearly no onboard food.

Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane

Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.

I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.

Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.

I selected first class expecting excetional service. It was mediocre at best. The food service was cold, meal choices was poor and on one leg they did provide dessert. I did enjoy the lay day seat but the movies were old and nothing current. Boarding the plane is always hot. So boarding is quite warm until your in the air. I took a small personal air fan. Update the meals and movies.

The flight was significantly delayed for 6.5 hours because of snow. There was no communication once the plane returned to the gate regarding when the flight would resume. Other flights were departing while our flight was being unloaded for reasons unknown. Our flight also seemed out of the queue regarding further deicing, refueling, and waiting to Taxi to the runway.

Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.

the plane was so hot!! the air-conditioning was barely blowing. The flight was delayed, and we had to sit on the hot plane before take off for an extended amount of time, waiting on international passengers. Would not have been so bad if it was not so hot. They said it would get better after take off, but it did not.

My flight got delayed and eventually canceled, then rescheduled. I and several others had a connection from Boston to Paris and asked several times if we would make it. They assured us we would and then rebooked us mid flight without our consent and closed doors early even though they said they communicated we were a bit delayed. We got stranded in Boston and I opted with being rebooked for a different connection to France since they refused to pay for a Hotel. I've now been in Europe for 5 days and still haven't recieved my bags. There was absolutely no urgency for the fact that I'm in a foreign country with absolutely no change of clothes or any of my medication. Such an overwhelming and frustrating experience.

Automated scanning was slow and somewhat haphazard. Too many people were unfamiliar with the tech and were forced to learn on the fly. The hands off approach of the gate staff made it more uncomfortable. This needs work. Overall the flight and cabin crew were excellent.

The crew for the flight was A+ top notch. They were friendly and professional and made the flight a very relaxing and enjoable.

Rude crew member. She seemed annoyed at me without me saying a single word. Also loudly admonished me for having my bag next to my seat instead of tucked away before landing. Just telling me to put it away and guiding me without giving me a lecture would have been enough.

No included food for a 5 hour flight and the entertainment was only accessible if you had wired headphones (not provided). Otherwise though, great and smooth flying and customer service.

Because of weather and mechanical issues our flight was 4 hours late. The only compensation offered to us was a meal voucher to be used only at Boston Airport and only on the day issued. But by the time it was offered to us all the restaurants were closed, so there was no way to use that offer.

Terrible. They canceled our early morning flight after midnight on the day of and had no available flights to rebook my family on for the next 72 hours. Yet they still had other flights that were not cancelled from JFK so it couldn’t be based on the weather. It felt like they canceled the flight based on it not being profitable enough for them. There absolutely needs to be WiFi on flights. Not sure why this new aircraft did not have the capability, but it made for a very frustrating flight. I honestly would have paid twice as much for another airline to have WiFi as an option, especially as a mom with kids who have disabilities.

Delay at the gate without any communication such as announcement, sign, monitor, email or text. Found out later we were boarded with the knowledge of a significant delay, awaiting communication from Europe. Pilot was the only source of information regarding the delay after a long gate delay and sitting for more than 30 minutes after boarding. More than 2 hour delay, landing at 2 AM. Offered to deplane and reboard, but probably should have just waited rather than repeat the process. Not the first time experiencing the lack of communication with Spirit airlines. This morning was not as bad as showing up to a terminal without an agent (or aircraft) without any sort of communication. Much later an email was sent that stated our flight was rescheduled for a week later. Situations do arise, but simple communication can alleviate a lot of the frustration. Hard to believe a corporation doesn't understand that. But, you get what you pay for...

This was a horrible experience for both KAYAK and Spirit. My flight was canceled with no alternative flight option. I paid $600 for a last minute flight and didn't receive an email from KAYAK regarding the cancelled flight until hours after it was canceled. Never again for either.

No complaints with pricing so don’t expect a lot of extras.

Flight out was great but this flight was canceled and nothing was available for 2 days after this so I had to purchase an expensive ticket from another airline so I could go home. The flight cancellation was said to be a crew issue, it wasn’t weather or maintenance.
