Pros: "Most of the basics were good."
Cons: "The flight was substantially delayed and when we got to Chicago we had to wait a long time for a gate agent so that we could deplane because only one gate agent was working at that hour (10:20 p.m.). Also, the flight delay notifications came after I was close to the airport and at the airport--earlier notifications (if possible) would help. The tv/movie portion of the entertainment was not working at all."

Cons: "I came 40min prior to my flight and found out that it was too late to check in my bag. I rescheduled my flight for $50 fee to make sure I get in in time for my meeting. When I went inside, I found out that my original flight got delayed and was leaving only 15min earlier than my new flight, which then got delayed for another 45min...disaster. Essentially, I paid extra $50 for nothing. In fact, I would have been on my original flight and gotten to my meeting in time had they not had you are on your own attittude toward customers."

Pros: "My first Jet Blue experience was very good! Ground staff in Boston was very courteous and friendly. Boarding method, although different from other airlines, was very quick and efficient. Cabin crew was very pleasant and served good snacks. The captain welcomed us aboard and told us about the flight and conditions expected along the way. Flight was as he predicted and we landed early, always a bonus. Would infidelity fly them again!!"

Cons: "Our flight from Boston to JFK in Ny was delayed an hour. We got to JFK and ran from the plane to the terminal and they had already closed the door but the plane was still there. They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had."

Cons: "The entertainment system had some issues. The headphone that were distributed have a double and single plug to attach to the armrest. Since the armrest had two femal plugs in it then I assumed that the headphone required the two male plugs. That didn’t work. It wasn’t until much later that I tried the single plug from the headphone but that only worked when jiggling it around to make it connect properly. Would have preferred one of the new systems that allow you to stream a movie of your own choice to your own device."

I was extremely frustrated with the lack of knowledge and assistance from the Copa workers."

Unfortunately because of this my father missed seeing his friends and family who he has not seen in over 40 years for a reunion. We never received notification that anything was wrong with the flight and we were given the run around for 2 hours until they realized it was their fault and we missed the flight. Then they just offered a refund. In my opinion they were overbooked and did this on purpose, because it could have been resolved in minutes. I am disappointed with all parties involved including Kayak because of not notifying us of a problem. Thanks for ruining possibly the last time my father would be able to see his family and friends."

THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!"

Cons: "United is still flying ancient 757s. Broken tray tables, lights no working in the lavatory. Treating people like cattle with the 1,2,3,4 lanes is unpleasant and demeaning. Everything is getting cheaper and cheaper."

Pros: "at security line the man was friendly and directed me to correct personnel when flight delayed so i could fly standby and not miss my ride at other end. then when i returned to go through security he helped get me in correct line so i could clear in tine all the while friendly and cheerful."

Cons: "Inspire of making it clear all through booking, check-in and seat assignment, I was assigned a seat in an emergency exit. I told crew before I boarded that I could not open the emergency exit at assigned seat, due to an injury. I had to board almost last waiting for them to find someone who would take that seat. Then they put me in a non-reclining seat. I was given the wrong free beverage and the crew never came back. So I had nothing to drink on a 4+ hour long flight."

Cons: "The delay in my flight and that nothing was done to compensate that my entire schedule had to be redone to meet the needs of late air crafts, not enough fule and cargo doors not being able to shut."

Pros: "Free movies on the plane, because of errors."
Cons: "4 hour delays both ways. We missed our connection flight due to delays on the way home. That connection was the last flight out of that airport home. We ended up having to sleep in the airport overnight, because United wouldn't pay to put us in a hotel even though the delay was because of a mechanical error on the plane. Our 5 hour flight turned into a big ordeal."

Pros: "We boarded very quickly. Take off and landing were immediate. I wasn't interrupted as I slept."
Cons: "The flight was delayed. Ordinarily, a little over an hour isn't bad, but we ended up landing at 1:30 in the morning, local time. I called United expressing concern about the arrival time when I was first notified of the delay and all I was told was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I learned later that there was an earlier flight I could have tried to get on."

Cons: "1. Comfort: the headrest on these seats is so uncomfortable! It just props your head forward and causes a lot of neck strain. For most short haul flights, this is not a big deal, but it really makes for an unpleasant journey on the cross-country flights. Also, the four-seat middle section is so poorly designed. There is no way to store personal items under seats without invading the space of your neighbor because the metal frame supporting the row of seats doesn't match with the seats themselves. 2. Entertainment: United could not support continuous streaming of movies/TV shows for every passenger. My movie paused and froze so frequently that I gave up on finishing it and then felt like I had wasted my time. The speed and reliability reminded me of trying to watch movies on a dialup connection. It would be so much better to just have the TV screens built into the seats. All in all, United got a bad batch of planes and should try to take this into consideration when working with Boeing/Airbus on the next order."

Pros: "I originally self checked in for my delayed flight from Boston to Newark, but forgot to add TSA pre check. I went to ask an agent if she could add it, which she very kindly did. She also offered and put me on an earlier flight, which made my day! Thank you!"

Cons: "Flight delayed 7 hours. Called the airline after receiving a flight delayed text, and before heading to the airport, and was told to get there by 5pm because the flight may leave on time. Departed at 2am on a Sunday night instead of 7pm. Was told 3 different stories for the delay. Departing airport weather, although blue skies and all other planes taking off on time; plane arriving from an airport that had grounded all flights when Frontier was departing to said airport as they reported this story, mechanical failure, etc. Took a picture of the departures board where all other airlines were departing on time to all locations. Asked if food vouchers would be provided and told, "no". Then vouchers were provided 2 MINUTES before all restaurants in the airport closed. The vouchers had a print time of 4 hours earlier. They would not rebook on another airline and would only rebook on Frontier 3 days later. Zero customer service. Employees were rude and complaining that they had to work late while their customers would be arriving home at 5am after booking a flight that would have allowed time to sleep before work. This is on top of no carry-ons, entertainment, or even water on the cramped, packed flight."

Cons: "Scariest plane ride ever, the pilot landed terrible, I don't even know how to explain it. So much stress we practically nose dived, it was like they realized "dang we have to land, I forgot about that, let's go straight down and almost crash""

Pros: "I liked the price but class of service given.....i would gladly pay more. I arrived at the ticket counter at 9am to a line of people with 12 empty counters.We were told by other airlines and security that they open at 9:30.Finally some came at 9:45...and then only one person. Also by the time I added an additional 65.00 for baggage my flight ended up costing more than if I would have taken a classier airline."

Cons: "This was one of the worst flights I've ever taken with perhaps the most apathetic crew I've ever encountered. My departure flight was delayed endlessly–including a 2 hour wait on the tarmac for a gate at my destination. The crew provided almost no information or updates. And the lack of legroom was unhealthy. Also, I was not informed during booking that I'd be charged for a carry-on. That added $70 to my ticket plus seat selection charges."

Cons: "The flight to Denver on the 21st was cancelled and I was notified the return flight would also be cancelled which it wasn't. I re-booked with another airline only to find out the original flight with Frontier was not cancelled so I essentially paid for two return flights. Will never sly frontier or spirit ever again."

My biggest gripe, absolute biggest, is the fact that in the middle of the 4 hour flight (and middle of my sleep on this redeye), I was woken up to the freezing cold pouring of water coming from the overhead compartment directly above me. The right side of my body was drenched by two water bottles flight attendants had failed to clean from a previous flight. Standing at curbside pickup in the chilly Chicago morning (5AM) with a wet right side of my body was not the best time I've had in my life."

Pros: "I never write reviews, but I have to say something about this wonderful flight crew. I have a serious fear of flying and their great attitude and funny personalities made my experience 100x better than usual. Please send them my thanks!"

(Seats do not recline and no TVs). I think I'm seeing a trend in the reviews, Frontier. Stop being dumb. I will never fly with them again."

Cons: "Very tight space and super uncomfortable chairs--no cushion and don't even lean back."
