Give that man a training position. He could teach a thing or two about a smile going a long way and when the door closes he really acts like he cares about taking care of the passengers. So different and rare from the gaggle of gossiping I am accustomed to seeing. It is so refreshing to meet someone like Heath."

I understand that budget airlines remove amenities to help control the cost of the flight. However, this experience felt more like buying a used car from a second hand car lot. The staff seemed to delight in finding ways to get more money from you, everything about the experience screamed cheap, and in the end, I paid more in extras than I did for my tickets! Pass this one over if you are looking for a cheap flight."
