I was really upset because i paid for my flight ticket and it was included my carry on and my personal item.. otherwise i know there is more people in the plane but is not like i brought more things than the ones i paid for... if you don't have capacity for all the guest you should say it before... The flight was delayed with an hour.."

From the moment I got to the kiosk to check in and the screen said that I hadn't paid for my checked and carry on bag even though I had the night previous, to the atrocious customer service at the counter where the desk agent kept demanding that I put my bag on the scale even though another passenger's bag was in the way and she was doing nothing to move it, to me the 2 hour delay departing from a Denver, an additional hour waiting on the tarmac in Chicago with the flight attendants being snarky with passengers who were becoming restless and wanting to retrieve personal items-- it suffices to say that I will NEVER fly this airline again. It took an additional 45 minutes to retrieve checked baggage. I was fooled by the seemingly reasonable fair. I would prefer to pay double what I payed for this flight simply to never have to experience atrociously uncomfortable seats and extremely rude flight attendants (I asked for a second glass of water, to which she responded "I must service the other customers first" and I understood that, but once beverage service was over, she spent an hour talking to and laughing with the other flight attendants and then 30 mins before landing strolled over with an additional glass of water for me. NEVER AGAIN!"

We sat at the departure gate for two hours waiting to board and then they changed gates which I only found out about because they removed the flight from the departures board and I had to find an agent to tell me. There was no gate change announcement. We boarded, sat in the plane for an hour and 30 minutes then were taken off the plane, taken to another gate and another airplane. 5 hours late arriving in Orlando and waited 45 minutes, (At 4:00am in the morning) for luggage. Dismal company. Back to United."

Long story short, I ended up purchasing a new one way ticket for that flight because the cost and fees to simply switch my existing flight far exceeded the cost to purchase a new ticket."

Cons: "Ten passengers were not let on the original flight because the attendant at the desk wouldn't let anyone have their boarding pass with 45 minutes left to board. The airport was completely empty and we could have easily made the flight. After being made to reschedule, the flight attendants were very unfriendly. I knew to expect uncomfortable seating, no onflight entertainment, etc. I can justify paying less for less comfort, but to miss a flight needlessly and deal with angry employees is enough to never fly Frontier if at all possible."
